As a wedding planner, i can tell you that having the right vendors is essential. Laura and i worked together at the remarkable Lady Jean Ranch December 2024. The large 165 person wedding was served plated! The team of servers were polite and professional, all fully orchestrated by Chef Laura. The food was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked!

Having a background in catering, i can say the amount of work and coordination that goes into an affair this size is large! The evening was flawless. Driving the ship requires a consummate professional. Can't wait for the next event with Laura Ashley Catering

Wow. Laura Ashley Catering exceeded my expectations. Laura herself is kind and so interested in doing what you want on your special day. She was a partner to me in implementing sustainable solutions for my wedding day, changing direction when needed. The experience of working with Laura from first contact to the tasting, to the second tasting, to the day itself, was wonderful. My guests were so impressed by the food which was designed to fit our theme and was as visually impressive as it was delicious. She and her team allow themselves to be creative with you, so you are not in danger of doing anything generic and you get to customize your menu. The service was also top notch and several guests told me the bar was never backed up and the servers were all excellent. She personally had a selection of cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres brought to me so that I would get to try everything before starting the reception. You can't go wrong with Laura and her team! I am so glad I chose them.

Laura Ashley was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we went in for a tasting it was very personalized and a very pleasant experience. The food was great as well as the drinks. What really made it special was the set up and the staff when they worked out wedding reception. They were very professional and all the guests complimented them. The cleaned the party within the hour of it being over and the house was spotless. Couldn't recommend Laura Ashley and her staff more.

All I can say is THANK YOU times a million to Laura and her team!They can do it all!We held our engagement party at Loggerhead Marine Life Center. I had a vision for the theme of the party: Tropical boho.. not tacky tropical.I messaged Laura inspiration photos of what I wanted, and she and her staff took everything off my platter so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. The decorations from florals, table linens, photo backdrop, bar set up to throw pillows were just beautiful. Kurt, Laura’s assistant, took 3 days to specifically piece together our table arrangements. The attention to detail was immaculate. My guests were in awe and so was I!We chose the Hot Wok station and Taco station with 5 appetizers for a group of 50 people. It was plenty of food and absolutely delicious.If you’re looking for a team who can do everything for you so that you can enjoy your friends and family… look no further.Thank you Laura and team!!

From the first phone call until the place was spotless at the end of the party, they really exceeded all of our expectations and made our night really special. Laura is great and had so many awesome suggestions, from vendors, to decor, to set up. Everything was amazing and really well done and we didn’t have to worry about anything.
