Oh my!! Just picked up 4 dozen pie bites for pi day/3.14 (and a coworkers birthday) and I can't say enough good things! My coworkers were thrilled and raving and all asking where they came from. First, they LOOK amazing, just beautiful and perfect and pretty and appealing. Nice, sturdy, packaging. Second, they labeled each one by hand which was a huge help in the office. Key lime pie may seem 'easy' - pie crust, mix the filling, top with whip cream. In fact it is very easy to create a mediocre key lime pie. The hard part is getting that graham cracker crust just right. Some places seem to over-think it, trying to make the pie somehow unique for their filling, or some candied toppings etc. Thankfully, Key Line to Happiness seems to take nothing for granted.
