Pool table, and plenty of people to have a converstaion with.
Smoke while you drink.
If your hungry, Karen makes homemade dishes. Plus there is Romeros right next door for other dishes, Liquor store is the other half of the bar so you can get some to go if you want.

“This tea taste so good and kicks in fast. Thank you. It was my first time there, this was on the house totally made my day. I don’t remember the bartender name could be Chris, he told me but I was so excited about the tea i forgot. Place was clean and quiet. Nice environment to work on a project if you need quiet space.
