The food was really tasty but I wanted turkey legs 🍗 but they were out

Not what it used to be. Believe it's a totally different owner. BBQ tasted like it was reheated. Collard greens were good. Tried the collard greens again a week ago, and they were sweet. Also had green beans, which were also sweet. Don't want sweet greens.

Food was on point, ordered the conch for appetizer and the chicken platter for main the main came out first and recieved the wrong sides. I was finished both the chicken and the conch before I received the sides. Sat with an empty glass for atleast 10 mins there was 4 girls behind the bar and 2 managers in red shirts standing at the end of the bar!! It wasn't busy there was another couple facing us sitting at the outside bar and 2 tables in the restaurant area. One of the bartenders put a bill in front of us with someone else's card in it, we notified her that it wasn't ours she didn't even apologize or say anything for that matter just dead stared us down turned around and gave it to the couple on the other side. We then asked for our bill, we sat waiting to pay for 15 mins. Until finally I asked the manager to cash me out and explained I had been waiting for 15 mins to pay she reprinted my check and told me I hadn't been waiting pointing at the time of the reprint. As an industry professional managing and directing projects all over europe and north America I was shocked seeing the lack of customer service and disorganization at this just opened establishment. Lake worth is a tough crowd and the venue in which you have chosen to operate has had a string of bad luck I was really hoping for something good to happen here and really wanted to show support. We went down the street after and the couple that were sitting across from us were telling everyone in the bar how bad the service was. News travels fast its a small town. You guys should figure it out. Food fire service terrible.

Ribs were amazing, I had the mild sauce and heard the spicy is even better and they give you so much! The lemonade was only $4 and it’s 32oz and taste great , not too sweet and not too sour, very refreshing. Staring at the menu I really want to try the other deals they have, they offer so much at a great price and the wait for my food was short.

The food here was once exceptional, but unfortunately, the quality of cleanliness and service has significantly declined. Both areas now leave much to be desired.

It's not McCray's; new restaurant selling BBQ and my first experience will most likely be my last. My sandwich bread was kind of soggy on one side, so I turned it over and put the meat on the other slice and found a hair right in the middle of the soggy piece of bread.

Looks like McCray BBQ has shut down. 😐 I have passed by a few times ⏲️ and no one was there. I don't know if they have lost their business 🤔 or not.

Over priced, poor customer service & def not worth the hype!Been shut down more than once for covid!

The BBQ is amazing and they made catering my event so easy! The staff is great to work with and the quality of the food outstanding. I received many compliments and asks of who catered the bbq. I will definitely use this company for future events and for dinner for the family!

I was visiting family from outside the area and decided to try out this location due to the reviews. I called in my order, however; when I showed up, I was told they didn't have fish or the dessert I ordered online. I was asked if I wanted to substitute but I declined due to food preference. I was told I could go back to the ordering website Toast Takeout to get a refund but that did not occur. I attempted to call for refund but went to voice-mail until it was completely full. Issue is unresolved!
