On July 24, 2025, at approximately 7:30 pm, I visited McDonald's located at 1207 45th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, and purchased a Happy Meal for myself. When I opened the box and took the food outside, I noticed a pill on the fries, which concerned me. I returned to the store and informed the Manager about the situation. The Manager said that I can get my money back, and they even provided an apology. I was concerned because I didn't know what that pill comes from, and it could be even dangerous if a kid eats this food with that pill inside. At the end of the conversation, the Manager said that there is nothing she can do, and gave me two phone numbers to call. I called several times at these numbers and I couldn't get in contact with anybody. I need you to provide better customer service and responses in meal serving and claim situations, and to be more accountable for the process of checking meals before serving them to customers. Someone could die because of this, especially kids who frequently buy Happy Meals.
Carington made my day. Was very helpful and had amazing energy. Please give this man a raise. He deserves it fully. Thank you for the great service.
