Absolutely horrible service and very unprofessional staff and don’t get me started on the daytime manager. This place should be ashamed of themselves!!!

I’m so disappointed with this location I been in line for over 10 min the lady told me to get my app ready she’ll back to me and never got back it’s like she forgot I was in line 1 another car pulls up in line 2 and the girl took his order I had to drive around I was really upset they need to do better !

This is supposed to be fast food. Every time I have came to this McDonald's. It's park in the drive thru reserved spot. I'm ordering a standard meal with no pickles and I have to wait 10 minutes after I paid and get to the window. I'm posting this now that it's happened five times.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. After waiting 20 minutes for an Iced Caramel Coffee, I had to go up to the counter to ask about it. Only then did the employee go into the kitchen and hand it to me. It was an extremely hot day, which is why I really wanted something cold and refreshing. However, the coffee had no ice at all. It tasted awful—honestly, the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I was extremely disappointed. If I hadn’t gone up to ask for it, I probably never would’ve received it. I took one sip and threw it straight in the trash. On such a hot day, that coffee felt like a bomb in my stomach. It didn’t even have caramel, just plain coffee with barely any sugar.
