They are rude and don’t allow guest to charge your phone or any electronic and I don’t know why 🥴🥴🙄
Fix that part so people can charge their devices !!!

I ordered a fish filet light tarter sauce gave me one with extra tarter sauce, waited 10 minutes for them to fix the order over only to come out with extra tarter sauce I couldn’t wait another 10 minutes so I’ll change the bread when I get home.

This store need cooperate called immediately!Customer service is terrible!!!!
I went to this location to order 2 $5 meals and use my 7000 points to get my daughter a happy meal.We tried to order off the first Kias wasn’t working ,tried the second one wasn’t working, tried the third one finally able to order but we had to do a partial payment because we were using a gift card.We Went to the front we’re someone was infront of us and they were also having trouble paying due to the card machine not working the man running the front counter is constantly hitting the computer for the register to work, cursing up a storm, and throwing a fit because “the register now decide to stop working” passing back and forth cursing doing nothing to solve the problem he than calls the manager a heavy set man on a cane who was HIGHLYYY rude and disrespectful doesn’t know how to talk to his customer or handle a situation without getting slick we’re steady trying to tell him what had happen at the kia’s were we originally was trying to place are order at he doesn’t want to listen constantly cutting us off when we’re trying to explain.Than he’s talking with his head down not making no eye contact so we assume he’s talking to us because we’re at the front of the register ,whole time he’s talking to man who’s “waiting for his food” and than wants to get slick with us because we’re answering the questions thinking he’s talking to us.The manager Told us he is giving us the food for free “TAKE IT AS A BLESSING” after being highly unprofessional and disrespectful the order wasn’t right the food was cold.The store is not being run right what so ever.Theres many different ways they could have handled this.Never going to this store again and hopefully cooperate pays them a visit!

Second drive-thru Lane was open but no one was operating the speaker for over 3 minutes. I watched other cars go by in the first primary Lane so I had to back up and get into that lane. Waste of my time close off the second lane if you guys aren't going to command it.

When I went into this McDonald's, it is very stinky once you go inside.

The kiosks were not working when you are placing an order on it and you will have to go to the regular cash register to order your food. Menu sometimes have a technology glitch..... You get what you are paid for and one thing: you get charged for sauce!

Horrible customer service. Drive through took forever….at 7 am in the morning. Then they have the nerves to ask you to back up to make the timing look good for the restaurant. Definitely WILL NOT visit this restaurant again.
