Not only are they extremely taste, nutritious and consistent quality I have lost over 20 pounds in 2 months and improved my blood panel in several categories! Amazing meals I love everything she makes and she always has a variety. The muffins are amazing and she always switches the flavors. I recommend getting 15 meals per week with 2 boxes of muffins for the optimal physique. You also can’t beat the price, i can’t cook for myself and spend less than that on groceries. The meals are competitively priced. The food is above and beyond. Home cooked healthy meals delivered to your door without the hassle of shopping and finding a parking spot at the store cannot be beat. My favorite part of it all no dishes to wash.
