I wanted to thank manager Joe J. Henderson who took care of us as well as our server Anthony H. "AJ" for their extraordinary customer service. These gentlemen were extremely friendly and really attentive. They were serving quickly and making sure our experience at the table was exquisite. Thank you both so much for making our dinner a lovely one. The food was excellent and your service was above 5 star, you definitely make a difference. Thank you for giving us such a lovely experience!

Haven't been to an Olive Garden in a while. Food was good. Service was good. The salad is still one of there best dishes.

My aunt and I visited Olive Gardens PBG to celebrate a special milestone. Every single employee was friendly and the atmosphere was top tier. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. I’ll definitely be returning!

I recently visited Olive Garden and was disappointed by the service. Our server, Paul, was overly friendly to the point of making us uncomfortable. He seemed to feel very comfortable sitting down at our table to talk, even without asking. While some friendly interaction is nice, it became awkward, especially as we were hungry and waiting for our food. The service felt slow, likely because Paul was sharing his personal stories instead of focusing on our order. We came to enjoy a meal, not a personal conversation. I hope Olive Garden can provide a little guidance to keep interactions warm yet professional.

Our waitress Jorden was awful. Couldn’t care less. We had to chase her for everything. She messed up my order and when I told her she said I’d have to wait another 20 minutes.Lunch took two hours Never refilled drinks or even asked. Food was good but willl never go back.Had to find another waitress to pay the bill.There are restaurants out there that actually want my business. This is not one of them.

First time we left this restaurant disappointed with the food. Starting with the salad, which was so disgusting we had to returned it, and then the meat sauce was like a rendition of a store bought jar. We felt the quality of the ingredients wasn’t good and will think again before returning to eat here

Manager and assistant manager talking shit about people that they were interviewing. Food was bland and lack seasoning. They tried to charge us an extra soup and salad which came with our entrees to go. The horribly server Kelly, said we can't do that and not getting a manager,"I have been here for 2 years and another business took over and we don't let you take the soup or salad that comes with your entree without charging you." I have been to this location 10 times in last 3 years and they changed the manager and servers. It is awful and not a good value. Go to Cheesecake Factory for nicer value and better food. Save the money and go to Cheesecake Factory.

We came to Olive Garden with a party of 11 to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary, hoping for a warm, welcoming experience. Instead, we were told our server would be Paul, but after waiting a long time without even a greeting, we left. It was really upsetting to feel ignored on a day that meant so much to our family. I don’t think I’ll be returning if this is the type of service we can expect

Patrina is amazing!!!! Sat at the bar during prime lunchtime on a weekday. Patrina was slammed with an almost full bar, tables in the dining room and doing service bar. I’m in the industry too and was so impressed by her work performance and positive attitude- even when some guests weren’t very kind. I hope her managers know how lucky they are to have her!!!! First time here and I’ll definitely be back to see Patrina!
