Osteria by Capri is a hidden gem and a new favorite restaurant located in West Palm Beach inside a Hilton hotel. From the moment guests walk in, the vibe shifts from a hotel lobby to an upscale, intimate Italian lounge with an inviting white tablecloth environment. The food is clearly made from scratch and always delicious, with huge portions. Standout dishes include the homemade rigatoni, gnocchi Bolognese, Pollo Pompei, and the Eggplant Parmigian. The Tiramisu and Joey Cannolis with Nutella are must-order desserts. The roasted romaine salad is better than a wedge, with bacon that is so crispy.
The service is wonderful, top-notch, attentive, and professional, with staff who make guests feel greeted like family. The owner makes the rounds to check on tables. The ambiance is enjoyable with music, though it can get a little loud. While there is a small surcharge for credit cards, the restaurant is reasonably priced and considered worth every penny for the quality of the meal and its old-school hospitality. It is an authentic spot that guests plan to return to and highly recommend.
