I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this establishment to think twice. My recent encounter with the store manager STEVE was nothing short of infuriating, and I feel compelled to share my experience to protect potential customers.When I reached out to the store due to an hour and a half wait for my order, the manager's behavior was beyond appalling. He began by falsely claiming that they had tried to contact me, even though my phone showed no missed calls whatsoever.To make matters worse, he insisted that my pizza had been left outside, but when I checked, it was nowhere to be found. Instead of taking immediate steps to address the situation, he callously declared that he would wait for the driver to return to sort it out. After an agonizing two-hour wait, I received a call from the manager admitting that he had no idea where the pizza was and dismissively uttered a "too bad."When I dared to express my frustration about the prolonged delay and his mishandling of the situation, he responded with an appalling display of aggression, shouting at me over the phone before abruptly hanging up. To add insult to injury, when I called back, he had the audacity to declare that he was the manager and could act with impunity.Given the utterly disgraceful conduct I experienced, I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this establishment. Such unprofessionalism and rudeness should not be tolerated, and it is in the best interest of potential customers to seek alternatives for their dining needs.

I never like when I walk in a all the employees are yelling at each other. Its not professional and its still a business. Leadership training needed at this location. In addition every time I walk in, it takes 5 min for someone to even recognize that I have arrived. It takes longer for someone to come help me than it does for me to walk over from my apartment. Location is nice as Dominos has left us, but I would be ashamed if I were corporate. One positive is that when I ordered Delivery for a Party, the delivery guy was very friendly and took the extra step. He needs to get a promotion. I wish I remembered your name!

I come through WPB by boat every year. Unlike many of reviews my experience has always been perfect. Last night no exception. Pick up order and always fast, on time, and correct. Interaction with staff is always professional and courteous. Zero complaints.

This man tried to make someone feel bad about leaving not enough tip. I’m sorry, if I make $12.50 an hour, and your pizza cost at least $28 and change but I only have $30 to my name then you have the audacity to say “wow” with an attitude when that’s literally all I can afford. In this economy, literally you shouldn’t go around asking for tips and making people feel bad about that being all they had. Literally I used to work in the service industry and we at least had the audacity to wait until people left to complain about a small tip. You don’t do that to people. Furthermore most of the people there suck but the night time people. The Guyanese gentleman and some of the other night time people are better than the sorry excuse for lacking patience of humans that work during the day.
