I never like when I walk in a all the employees are yelling at each other. Its not professional and its still a business. Leadership training needed at this location. In addition every time I walk in, it takes 5 min for someone to even recognize that I have arrived. It takes longer for someone to come help me than it does for me to walk over from my apartment. The pizzas we ordered arrived 30 minutes later than the expected time. 1 of the 5 pizzas was missing and the order numbers on the boxes clearly showed there should have been a total of 5. When I called (multiple times) with the phone number associated with the order they did not pick up. I called from a different phone number and they picked up they proceeded to ask me what the order number was, the phone number was at least 5 times during the call eventually agreeing to refund...read full review
