Porayz was such a doll! Great customer service and made our cheesy sticks amazing! Will definitely be coming back to see him again :)

“This location is franchise owned do not order from here”

I ordered two large Papa John’s pizzas through the Papa John’s app after 10pm. They were running a 50% off special after 9 PM.

I normally don’t worry about checking pizzas from places that use conveyor ovens because I’ve never had issues before but this time was a big mistake.

When I got home, I found that one of the large pizzas was burnt along the mid to upper areas and crust. It was so overcooked that parts of it were hard to eat. I don’t understand why something in that condition would be allowed to go out for carry-out ?

Papa John’s claims “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza,” not at this location.

I called corporate to report the issue. They told me they would contact upper management at store level and that I should hear back regarding my situation. A week and half went by and I never heard anything from the store about my situation. I then called the store directly and spoke to a manager. All he offered was 50% off menu items basically the same discount they were already running. The manager refused to reimburse me for the poor-quality pizza.

Rather than simply making it right, Corporate claimed it’s a franchise store not corporate owned so it’s not much for them they can do which is ridiculous ! It’s up to store level to make it right. Unfortunately, the customer service here is just as disappointing as the pizza I received.

I will not be returning to this location and since corporate can’t even handle this simple issue. I wont even order papa John’s again. There are plenty of other local pizza establishments who will take care of their customers.

I would give zero stars if I could.

Scheduled 3 pizzas for pick up the day before a party. We showed up 10 minutes after our pickup time and our food was not ready. In fact they told us it would be another 40 minutes.

I order here every month for about 2 years now and it's always on point but whoever made my pizza today Friday September 26 2025 at 630pm deserves a raise.. best proportions I've had

Whoever makes pizza on Monday nights is terrible can not be that hard no sauce at all and the crust was bigger than the pizza itself terrible pizza

Sad to see my go-to pizza joint for so many years refuse to allow a pick up order to be paid in cash. The manager just lost not only an order for a large party (over $100), but my long term business. Maybe next time actually look at the order history and not treat me like I'm a prank caller? Pizza Hut it is, I guess. Bragging that you've been there for 20 years instead of taking the time to listen to your customers is poor form.

Ordered a half pepperoni and bacon, half cheese pizza. Unfortunately there must’ve been a mishap on the app because it showed as a half pepperoni full bacon pizza. When I brought this to their attention, the manager pretty much said it was my fault. Where this could’ve turned into an excellent example of customer service which resulted in customer retention and loyalty, turned into a very unfortunate situation. I’m vegetarian, and therefore I couldn’t eat half of my pizza. Definitely will not be ordering from this location in the future.

Ordered online but was called to request payment over phone. Was asked to pay over phone cause they will not accept big bills and usually online orders need to be paid up front. And it was the manager who called me. I told her that I was on my way and was paying cash and was using 20s. Got there and for 4 medium pizzas the were only providing 2 crushed pepper packets abd 2 cheese packets. Requested some more and was only given 1 of each again. It was the first and last time I order from this place. And we also got wings.

I ordered 13 pizzas and 8 orders chicken wings, more than $200 order.
All pizzas came totally burned from the top and alot of flour in bottom (as shown in the pictures).
Very disappointed

I orderder delivery , 3 hours and we’ve never received , and the customer service terrible , we called 3 times and they said 20 minutes and the last called it’s on their way close to your house and nothing , never use this store

I ordered two pizzas and was told one was on special. I paid for my order only to receive one pizza. I called to complain that the guy with accent did not place my order correctly, a lady manager said she’d give me a credit for the one pizza. I called to redeem the credit for the same guy with the accent telling me there’s no credit and cannot honor my request for redeeming the free pizza.

The pizza is ok, but there seems to be miscommunication and misunderstanding and their ordering at the actual location.

I had told the associate when I picked up this doesn’t look right & she said that’s how it is.
I’m not new to ordering pizza from papa John’s. I know what your pizza is supposed to look like or taste, my son and I bit the hard thin pizza and it crumbled like a cracker and we had to throw it away. Go get something else to eat.
Contacted management and still no feed back don’t recommend this location at all
