Papa Johns Pizza

I orderder delivery , 3 hours and we’ve never received , and the customer service terrible , we called 3 times and they said 20 minutes and the last called it’s on their way close to your house and nothing , never use this store

I ordered two pizzas and was told one was on special. I paid for my order only to receive one pizza. I called to complain that the guy with accent did not place my order correctly, a lady manager said she’d give me a credit for the one pizza. I called to redeem the credit for the same guy with the accent telling me there’s no credit and cannot honor my request for redeeming the free pizza.

The pizza is ok, but there seems to be miscommunication and misunderstanding and their ordering at the actual location.

I had told the associate when I picked up this doesn’t look right & she said that’s how it is.
I’m not new to ordering pizza from papa John’s. I know what your pizza is supposed to look like or taste, my son and I bit the hard thin pizza and it crumbled like a cracker and we had to throw it away. Go get something else to eat.
Contacted management and still no feed back don’t recommend this location at all

I ordered online at 10am for 545pm delivery.
1 hour 15 minutes late with no empathy or phone call.
Upon delivery pizza was cold.

I didn’t even end up ordering from here. The woman on the phone was so rude I decided not to give them my business. I wanted to place a bulk order of 15-30 pizzas and she couldn’t even answer my questions for basic pricing and told me to go online and that she was busy and then hung up on me. I’ve never dealt with such terrible customer service. Will be taking our large order elsewhere.

I ordered Papa John’s tonight and the food was amazing. I got a small cheese pizza and a box of breadsticks for my family, but I will say I’m a solid customer. The only issues I have is delivery and unnecessary food promotions but other than that everything was great!

I called and i Ordered for my daughter’s birthday. They told me it will be ready in 15 minutes. I got there “2”minutes after 15 minutes and I was there waiting for 45 minutes after almost an hour. To find out they give me the order and I check it and It’s completely wrong. I asked for the manager. He was very rude/disrespectful he Canceled my order without my authorization and took the pizzas out of my hand. I then asked for his name. He did not want to give it to me until I threaten him with corporate and he told me his name was “STANLY”This is the west palm beach Royal Palm Beach location area code 33411 this is not good customer service, and would not recommend this place to anyone this man should be FIRED for his services . Not only do I have a disappointed daughter, but I am very disappointed myself in what type of customer service Papa John’s is providing! again I would never recommend this place to anyone.
