Drove up from Miami for a local concert and we were in the area. Searched online and this place had decent reviews for breakfast.
We were a party of four and only waited a few minutes to be seated. Place is nice and small and feels like a local joint, which is great. Our waitress was pleasant but seemed pre-disposed and kind of aloof. We ordered and waited, & waited... we saw several similar and larger groups of people come in after us and most had finished...

This is my third time dining at Pete’s Place, and each time, I’ve made it a point to request Amanda as our server. Her personality, attentiveness, and genuine eagerness to serve truly set her apart. While other servers I’ve had here were fine and met the standard, Amanda consistently goes above and beyond. She makes you feel welcomed, cared for, and valued as a guest.
