Pizza Hut in West Palm Beach

“As always, the food is amazing and nostalgic as the recipe seems to have never changed. What i can say that as someone who prides himself in providing exceptional service, it doesnt seem to be the case with most of these establishments these days and unfortunately this was my experience here. Not only did i have to wait for my food longer than patrons who literally came in to order AFTER I was there to pick up an online order that should have took another 5 minutes from when i arrived. Then, when I was asked about my name after waiting almost 20 minutes AND the food wasnt ready, (they had to prepare my wings cause the cook went out for a smoke) then had to wait a few minutes for that. No sorry for the wait. No thank you for coming. I would suggest that if you want good food but dont mind a monotone staff, then you wont mind this place. If you’re looking for a good dining experience, go elsewhere.“

“This is easily the cleanest PH in WPB, and has the best staff. I do delivery for a 3rd party service on the weekends and I pick up often from here. I also order from here myself, because I come here enough to know it’s clean. I picked up a delivery two Fridays ago and a new woman was working the front. She said she was a manager, but I hope that’s not true because she was slow and impeccably rude. When I informed her that I was there to pick up an order, she acted like it was as a huge inconvenience to her, huffed and puffed, she walked away and completed a few other tasks before returning to hand me the pizza that was sitting right there, ready, in the warmer. I hope to not see her again. Leave the front desk to the HS students, they’re far more professional and accommodating.“
