Pizza Hut in West Palm Beach

“As always, the food is amazing and nostalgic as the recipe seems to have never changed. What i can say that as someone who prides himself in providing exceptional service, it doesnt seem to be the case with most of these establishments these days and unfortunately this was my experience here. Not only did i have to wait for my food longer than patrons who literally came in to order AFTER I was there to pick up an online order that should have took another 5 minutes from when i arrived. Then, when I was asked about my name after waiting almost 20 minutes AND the food wasnt ready, (they had to prepare my wings cause the cook went out for a smoke) then had to wait a few minutes for that. No sorry for the wait. No thank you for coming. I would suggest that if you want good food but dont mind a monotone staff, then you wont mind this place. If you’re looking for a good dining experience, go elsewhere.“
