They know how to cook tasty chicken and pork at this Pollo. Although we are closer to their Northlake location, this 45th Street one has much better cooks! Well worth the drive.Oh, the restaurant is closed for remodeling, but the drive-thru service is great, and the food too.

Tonight at 8:06 my family and I decided to place our order through the drive thru, were a Ms. Naomie was our order taker and cashier. She was patience, knowledgeable of the menu, and very helpful with helping us decide what to order. When we arrived to the window she greeted us with a big smile, and was very friendly. We loved her energy, and spirit. The food was fresh, neatly placed in the bag, and extactly what we ordered.This location is our new favorite spot, it's Naomie for this family. She's awesome ?
I was super excited to try this place... Walked from the nearby courtyard hotel... About 10 min walk.. But they had closed the dining room for maintenance. And then they wouldn't take my order in the Drive-Thru since I was not in a vehicle for safety reasons which I understand but still super bummed cuz I had walked to this place and didn't have a vehicle. But Felix took my order from the doorway understanding that I had walked. He was super and saved the day for me. Thank you Felix you are a valuable employee they are lucky to have... Ps loved the food and prices.

The door was closed, had to used drive through. The young man outside was very nonchalant ,abrupt .At the window the cashier was quick enough made sure she checked my order and my only suggestions is the foreign language that is been speaks while the customer is at the window,,could have changed back after we left.Food tropichop bowl the avocado was spoiled had to discarded it one thing I think you shouldn't feed others what you wouldn't eat yourself

If I could give this store 0 stars for its atmosphere, I would give it 00. The truth is, what a bad experience this store broke with my standard of Pollo Tropical, the only good thing is its work team, definitely eating in a restaurant, the food, the team and the atmosphere make up a whole and this place leaves a lot to say, I didn't like it, I didn't have a good time and I wouldn't go back.Work team, good for you who do what you can in an environment with walls that are almost falling down because they are dirty and old. Thanks for your effort!!!

This is not it!!! Ordered a meal, didn’t come correctly however resolved after walking inside. Going to the house and tried the food, it’s horrible… the taste is not the same, no flavor in the rice, the beans had no flavor, absolutely no flavor, was like water and beans, literally almost straight from a can taste… chicken was not well done, certain parts seems as if it was undercooked… would not recommend this place at all… I don’t usually leave comments but I had to for this one!!!!

Food don't taste as good when it first open the night manager was rude and they sold me burned Brown rice they are very unprofessional the customer service is sad the way I was taught the customer is always right you don't serve customer burnt food me some burnt
