This store has a strange way of handling drive-thru times. If they’re running behind, they’ll have customers stop well before the window and wait until the food is ready before being told to pull forward. It seems like a way to make their service times look better than they actually are.

The food is usually hot and fresh, which I appreciate, but some of the employees could definitely use some additional customer service training. A little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

I did not get my fries in my order. Gas is too much to go back

I gave one star cause I have to (no option for zero stars) do not go to this location. Manager and counter employee rude and ignore customers that are ordering inside. Long wait drive thru line with only one car ahead of you. They get the order wrong and they give you wrong items. When you go inside to correct it they say you did not say that, yes i did well i did not charge you for it. Ok but I want it and I ordered it, so now you habe to wait even longer because they did not enter your entire order. How you miss an entire meal order when I even asked about the chicken pieces and you answered my question. Simply Horrible!!!.

Horrible location came here 3 times and the wait time is horrendous and they keep telling you to park at white line and nobody come out every single time after 20 minutes I have to circle around and they then give to me cold because too lazy to bring it out like they say….this location is badddddddd avoid at all cost and they all joke in the front like there's no line when you go inside to order instead

I’ve been to this location quite a few times throughout the years and I’ve never had a good experience with anyone here . The employees all seem to have an attitude problem no matter the time or day . So to my surprise when I visited this location today it was quite shocking to actually deal with a pleasant employee to the point I had to come on here to write a review . Tre is definitely a breath of fresh air to this location and he should be the future standard of the employees that you hire

Came in this location on May 3 2026 @ 5:23 and Mizahia was my cashier taking my order she has no motivation and very rude she made it seem like I was bothering her by being here no Hello no Smile just a fawl face , I went ahead and ordered and I forgot to order a strawberry cream cheese pie and with a nasty come back she said HOW MANY I replied back with one and told her my order was for here I received my order with no utensils and no napkins . I was not even going to go back up there to ask for any of the items listed above, so I used the top to my mashed potatoes as a spoon and my recipet or a napkin . You need to send a secret shopper in this place and get the wrong people out of here and the chicken was so greasy and tasted like old oil. I spent money here and should have not experienced any of this .
