Service is terrible . Don't place your order through any delivery services like Uber or doordash, especially when it's 2 hours before closing . The staff will make up any excuse not to fulfill . I placed an order for boneless wing and 2 bone-in wings , all of which were $4 each . I was told there was no more boneless wing. So instead of swapping my boneless for bone-in i was told my entire order had to be canceled (I'm supposed to call uber and cancel it myself , which is super sketch to me) and reorder . But of course on the app their store isn't accepting anymore orders.

Worst Popeyes location. Unresponsive staff that can barely put a few words together. A lot of items were missing but they let us order before telling us to change afterwards. And the quality of the food is suspicious the fries tasted like cardboard from yesterday.

HAD a coupon didn't get any biscuits supposed to come with 7. Got to house and all 3 sides where not all way full almost 3/4 inch from top. This is the only Popeyes we visit.

I ordered online at 8:20pm and arrived at 9pm and it still wasn't ready.

I just want to ask, how come there isn't collard greens on the menu. Not gonna lie food is hit or miss depending on the day, then it goes from fire to just 👌. I just didn't like the small containers of sides in the family meal kit its almost like 1 side for individual not group. There was a long line , like really long and long wait in drive thru but I waited bc in the end I do love that chicken from popeyes over kfc

I really felt that after the store revamped the menu and did some repairs, it would improve as far as customer service, but it hasn't. The personel ignore you, and don't even recognize you as a customer. They are sweet people, and maybe they are short staffed, but customer service class, if there is one, should be a must here. Food is ok.

The service is terrible. The employees start talking among themselves and leave you waiting for a long time. I delivered twice and spent almost 45 minutes waiting.
