My partner and I came for a date where we got the antipasti meats and cheeses along with the tagliatelle Al funghi and homemade Italian sausage and the parpadelle with ragu. The antipasti was divine. The ragu and the funghi pastas were delicious and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Food was great but seems like it was priced more than it is valued. There were significant dust stains on the ceiling that was distracting. One of our servers seemed like he was either tired or felt...
We have eaten here several times because so many people love this restaurant. Unfortunately for me this particular night things did not go well. My carpaccio was swimming in lemon juice and to be sent back. The ossibucca ravioli was again over seasoned with lemon juice but ate it anyway for we waited almost 2 hours before our entre came and I was hungry. The Super Tuscan wine was very good though. The other people at my table liked what they had with no complaints but service...
Ristorante Santucci in West Palm Beach is an absolute gem. We started with the spicy mussels — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The papardelle bolognese was rich and authentic, and the chicken Lombardo was outstanding, tender and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, we finished with the panna cotta, which was simply amazing — silky, creamy, and the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.
