Out of all the sandwich places I’ve been to, this is the by far the best Sub I’ve had , from bread , to meat to vegetables everything was perfect and it was my first time ever there today! One more thing is the Pink lemonade was BOMB! Great friendly staff Thank you I will be coming back

Food is great however the service is terrible I picked up a order for someone and got right in the pickup line where the sign was for pickup and was completely ignored by a guy that was standing there whole time and then the cashier finally said are you picking up ??with a look Like she was annoyed and I told her yes I am and she asked me the name I gave her the name she got the order ready turned around with the bag but she didn't give it to me I was looking at her confused???! And then she walked over to me and gave me the bag smh

The business is under new management. One of the original owners died and his brother wanted to retire or just do something else with the remainder of his life. But he stayed on to teach the new owner(s) how they survived and kept quality in their craft. Plus, for a smooth seamless transition. Didn’t work. Not one month after the original owner left, processed meats replaced boar’s head. Days old bread were shelved to replace fresh soft breads. And the staff who made the subs were replaced by challenged English speaking individuals. Luck of the draw to get an order correct. It would have been best to save the legacy/heritage of Royals Subs by closing. So sad.
Lately, when I order a sandwich with provolone cheese. They never add it.

Love their bread and pasta salad! Great place! Too funny that I wrote this review two years ago. I was in the area and stopped there for lunch again today my experience and food were so amazing I went to review the restaurant again… Forgetting that I reviewed it two years ago still an awesome place still five stars in my eyes !!!
