Horrible service, the lady had headphones since I arrived, she didn't hear anything I was saying and when I asked her to take off the headphones she replied that she was the boss and that she could talk on the phone and she could do whatever she wanted and then added that she was talking to her boss, I told her okay she can do it after taking my order, which she was clearly being rude, and when I ordered my kind of cheese in my sandwich she told me it “doesn't come with that”, I answered her but “I'm making my own” then she said “number 1 comes with the cheese” she was giving me one from the menu, which clearly I didn’t ask the same reason with the Headphones on she could hear anything I was saying, it's an older white kind ginger lady, like 4.9 or 5 feet, a little big, Horrible service.

Went to the subway. The lady that was taking my order could not understand me. Because I have a speech problem. She got rude with me because I was trying to explain what I wanted and kicked me out and told me to go someplace else if this is how you are treated because we have a speech problem I promise I will not come back to any Subway.
We ordered 3 sandwiches for pick up and all 3 were missing items. No wonder why rating is 3.5

There not friendly at the location at all the lady seem more concerned about the bread then actually being friendly to me and forget speaking to the owner as well does not care about how there customers are being treated apparently I had a bad experience at this location did the survey and the owner reached out to me telling me that he was sorry and was going to give me a free sub and then compleley ignored me after I responded here the emails
