My boyfriend recently visited this boba shop and ordered the coffee boba. He was told it was “fresh,” but when it was made and handed to him, it tasted anything but fresh. The coffee flavor was off and honestly undrinkable.

When he politely asked if he could exchange it for a different drink, he was told they do not allow exchanges. I understand having policies in place, but serving something that isn’t fresh and then refusing to make it right is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a large coffee boba made with almond milk, and it tasted absolutely terrible. It was incredibly watered down — no richness, no real coffee flavor — just bland and unpleasant. After just one sip, I walked back inside to politely ask if they could either exchange it for something else or offer a refund.

Instead of trying to resolve it, I was told there was nothing they could do. When the employee asked what was wrong, I explained that it tasted watered down and honestly horrible. There was no attempt to remake it, offer an alternative, or provide any kind of customer service solution.

I paid over $8 for that drink, which is not cheap. At that price point, you expect basic quality and at least reasonable customer service. If they didn’t want to exchange it, they could have at least refunded it.

I normally go across the street for my coffee boba, but they were closed that day, so I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. I won’t be returning.

Nothing was bad but nothing was great either. The Thai Tea was far too sweet. I know you cant adjust the sweetness at most boba places but the base level sweetness felt as though Id ordered a 150% sweetened Thai tea. The taro fine, but it surprisingly lacked the right flavor that I'm used to in Taro milk tea. THE ambiance was good however, and the tapioca pearls were nice as well

Me and my mom got both Halloween edition bobas! One was a taro and the other was a thai milk tea. Both also had matcha foam which combined really well! I def recommend this place and it’s cheap (Cost me $17)! Good for two people or more to go over! 🥰🧋🧋

Boba was good and everyone was really nice! Just one weird thing, I know it’s out of your control, but the straws have a weird chemical soapy taste? My friend and I both noticed it. I think it’s just some weird defect, but luckily I had extra straws!

Boba is great and lots of options. Yummy. Desserts are also we good.

My son has been dying to try this place and he couldn’t be more happier. He got a tiger brown sugar boba and an ice cream waffle cone. Let’s just say he devoured it. Worth every dollar and the service was quite welcoming. Would definitely give them another try .

I LOVE THIS PLACE ITS TRULY AMAZING! There bubbles are the best, and the workers are super helpful and friendly when in comes to being indecisive. I 100% recommend this place.
