Taco Bell in West Palm Beach

“I’ve had so so at best experiences with this particular franchise location of Taco Bell. Although this time was different. I was greeted by Sergio at the front counter and was provided a level of service far above anything that I’ve ever received from any employee at this location day or night. He was very informative about products and made suggestions and was respectful even though his coworkers and leadership on this Sunday evening were horrible. They were degrading him and made us feel uncomfortable as we tried to ignore their comments towards Sergio’s performance. He said that he had worked at a corporate location and it’s clear that the corporate location provides a much better environment conducive of high levels of customer service. “Location in wpb on belvedere rd by i95 is the best taco I visited very clean all around excellent. The crew was great manager excellent. The way they cook food and taco shells were excellent. They didn't break apart or split on bottom ty . All taco 🛎 should learn from them.“

“In my opinion this is the best Taco Bell in the west palm beach area. The food is always hot and fresh compared to other Taco Bell’s. The regular employer who works nights there (can’t remember her name) she works her butt off and even though she’s quick and dry she is non stop busy & makes mistakes right. We paid for some items we didn’t receive and when we returned two days later, she happily gave us those items for free. So even though she doesn’t come off warm and bubbly, she means well. She is a little forgetful so I do recommend checking your order. If she would just slow down and be a little friendlier over the mic I would give 5 stars. We drive a bit further to this location because we know we’re getting freshly made Taco Bell vs stale cold items.“

“I usually get the dorito crunch wrap now that I eat there more. I usually order with the machine since I'm not much of a people person after work and getting food. Wait is never long, however the restaurant is sometimes dirty around the fountain drinks (it was flooded once with Hi-Ci but machine repair is usually needed when it comes to fast food lol)“
