Taco Bell in West Palm Beach

“This location right here, 10/10! The staff are actually fast, reliable and NICE. No matter the time, my food is always hot and fresh. I haven’t been served a stiff taco since. That’s why I’m constantly going here. Inside the restaurant is very clean and quiet. In the lobby they have a sauce station, packed with different sauces, utensils and more. Love it here“

“Personally I’ve had great experiences here, although one gripe I have is a lot of times I find that the soda I get tends to lack either carbonation or flavor and considering how expensive a soda can be here I find it very disappointing when they don’t upkeep on the quality of soda by doing necessary check ups on the machine.“

“I usually get the dorito crunch wrap now that I eat there more. I usually order with the machine since I'm not much of a people person after work and getting food. Wait is never long, however the restaurant is sometimes dirty around the fountain drinks (it was flooded once with Hi-Ci but machine repair is usually needed when it comes to fast food lol)“

“Thank you for always being kind and working hard. I have been coming here a lot lately. Ordering under Bella. I don't eat meat and sub for potatoes or beans. This location is kind enough to fill the tortillas. I don't feel like I'm being cheated out of money and food. I truly appreciate that. I was hungry at almost 1am 11/6, and I want to thank whoever made my order. I fell asleep before it arrived, but it is equally delicious at 7am. 😌🤗“

“There is a gentleman by the name of Oliver J that tended to me this evening through the drive thru and he demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service. Politely asked for a moment to gather himself before I ordered due to the high volume of customers present. Reiterated my order correctly after I had placed it as well as clearly told me the price. As soon as I got to the window to pay for my meal, he approached me with such a friendly smile, again reiterated my order to make sure it was correct, took my card and gave it back with care, making sure I didn’t drop it. Professional, nicely and neatly dressed, exhibited qualities of a leader and at such a young age as well.
I’ve gone to this location on several occasions and the customer service is usually below average but Oliver truly made this visit one to remember. Whether this is his first job, or he plans to make it a career, or moves on to something else he exhibits the qualities of a leader that is scarce within many, and I wish him the best on whichever endeavors he decides to pursue. Genuinely give this kid a raise.“

“David the young man who works the drive thru is a professional and has always provided amazing customer service always a pleasure to go back and order from this establishment I work not to far so I always find myself heading to this place and he’s always had a smile and high energy give that man a raise and promotion !!!“
