Not coming back in here they rude I was waiting for my order and they never did it until I went to ask the lady just throw my food negative there was a lot of ppl waiting and they really lazy

We placed a mobile order. The first time at the drive trough they forgot one of our crunchy tacos. We came back immediately and asked for it so it was not a big deal. We ate at the parking lot but when we open our last item (fiesta potato) my husband found a bunch of hair on the cheese. I almost 🤮 vomit ir was disgusted. Then, when we came back to the drivetru the employee got mad mad at us even we when explain that we didn’t want a refund. We told him to make sure that doesn’t happen again to another person. He maybe thought we want more food for free or money back. I don’t know if people around here is used to do that kind of stuff but the employee gave us a nasty attitude and said that he couldn’t helps us and refused to see us at the window.

Owners please be aware your service is slow because the employees are purposely messing up orders to sit on your clock yesterday the nachos were made perfect I come back today and 7 chips were put in my nachos the sour cream smelled spoiled after giving me only 2 sauces with a double stacked taco two burritos I will not be coming back it's plenty more taco bells in area that can have my hard earned money after I work 10+ hours a day just be aware of the lazy workers exactly why the parking lot is completely empty at night figures just like burger King up the street they deter customers by purposely messing up your order so they can make free money these workers are pathetic but if it was them getting treated this way then now would they feel lazy embarrassing I'll just go somewhere else continue to be empty can't support because you have workers like this in your establishment
