Overall, my experience at The Restaurant at the Norton was great. The server was attentive and friendly for our group of three, we got seated quickly, and the menu had some unique options which I appreciate. This this restaurant is located in an art museum, it is a beautiful room with a nice window towards an outdoor area. The food itself was pretty good. My burger was tasty, but I think for the cost I would expect a slightly higher quality patty. The coffee was good though, and so were the french fries so maybe I just picked the wrong menu item. One strange thing was that our reservation originally got canceled, despite them having tons of open seating. Be on time for any reservations!
Loved eating here. Food was delicious and the ambiance was great. We sat outside and it was great.
Interesting menu! Pleasantly surprised.
The food is good and the atmosphere is fantastic.
Honestly, don’t even bother coming here. Just go to a restaurant near by. My mom and I came to eat at this place, and it was one of the worst experiences I had. We just paid and left to a different restaurant.
The crab bisque had too much pepper and it was really oily. The Salmon and lentils were blend! The lentils had no flavor, not even salt. My mother had the steak and fries, which also had no salt. The steak was overcooked on the edges and raw in the middle.
The service was not any better. We were sat down by the host, and it took 30 minutes for us to be served. It was like our server was playing hide and seek. The other server had to refill our drinks. Finally when the food came, the server didn’t come to check if everything was okay. (Which it wasn’t) We just paid and left.
The museum is amazing, it’s a shame the restaurant isn’t.
The atmosphere of this restaurant is wonderful. It overlooks a nice backyard and a garden. it has area inside and outside under the roof.
The selection of food is quite big and wines are excellent. The service was a little slow but courteous. Great place to visit and enjoy arts and events in the museum.

I enjoyed the guided tour and was disappointed in the restaurant. The hamburger was tasteless and overly greasy, the beer was like fruity wine, the salad was okay, I think the chicken on the children's menu was the best. (I ate my son's leftover chicken :)) As for desserts, I had the chance to try two of them. Sorbet (Mango and Rassberry) was nice. My Americano coffee arrived cold.
The decoration was bad and did not suit the restaurant of a modern museum

The Restaurant at the Norton is my favorite spot in West Palm Beach. Staff attentiveness and service is beyond exceptional. The Chicken BLT sandwich always hits the spot. Constantly upgrading and diversifying their menu is one of their best features. Always managed superbly, the ambiance and quality control is unmatched.

Our birthday luncheon at the Norton Museum of Art was wonderful. The service provided by the servers and management was impeccable. We topped off scrumptious salads with a delicious dessert and song! Well worth the visit to this museum and restaurant!

Loved having dinner at the Norton museum on a Friday night. We shared the burrata salad, my dad had the mushroom risotto and I had the salmon. I also had some filthy martinis at the bar that were perfection. Will be coming back sure.

Made a short first visit to the new restaurant here at The Norton Art Museum and my first impressions are overwhelmingly positive. Truly a fabulous and welcome addition to this esteemed institution and a special thank you to the General Manager, Michael, who takes great pride in the needs of his guests. Bravo.

The quality of the food and service is always good. It's a beautiful place just have to know when to go as it can tend to get busy but one always feels like they have space. The bartenders are really terrific and their happy hour is a hidden gem.
