The quality of the food and service is always good. It's a beautiful place just have to know when to go as it can tend to get busy but one always feels like they have space. The bartenders are really terrific and their happy hour is a hidden gem.

Unfortunate experience here. I rarely leave bad reviews. Our small group had reservations at 1, order taken around 1:10 for our small-ish lunch dishes. Still no food at 2:00 pm. After several reassurances from the manager that our food would be “out shortly,” after pressing for a genuine time estimate he said another 15-20 min- which would have put us at 70 minutes at the very least. He didn’t give us any real reason for the delay, apologized greatly but didn’t offer anything to rectify the situation. We had to get up and leave since we had a train to catch.

Lovely atmosphere. Food is quite delicious. More wait staff are needed as 3 servers cannot handle the entire dining room on their own when it got really busy. However, there were 3 managers, a hostess and bar person. Seems they could have assisted the servers, who were in the weeds.

One of the best restaurants in West Palm Beach, hidden in beautiful Norton Museum. Top level chefs and everyone here is super friendly. I also like the fact it’s safe (museum security) - many don’t know you don’t need museum admission to come to the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Service was amazing, everyone was so kind. Me and my friend ordered Brick chicken which ended up being very disappointing, the chicken itself was very very bland with no flavor going for it, the skin on the chicken was slimy with a weird texture i had to send it back. Other than that the fries were good we ended up only paying for the fries

Open during the days the museum is open till 3pm and every Friday till 9pm. As museum restaurants go this is five star. ( compared to recently visited Kew Gardens-London, NY museum of modern art , Frost museum Miami or MONA in Tasmania....been a busy Museum time I suppose). That said not sure you would plan to go to the restaurant for dinning. We went to see the Jazz which was a double miss. Firstly it is only on the first Friday of the month and due to the weather the music which was on was in the "big hall" not in the restaurant lawn. The big room has some of the worst acoustics I have experienced. Now the food and the service was good. Great bowl of Parmesan fries. Steak and half chicken was a real off the bone half chicken. Beer and cocktails at reasonable price. Service very attentive. $5 parking across the road. Indoor and outdoor dining options. Presumably outdoor in winter with the band on the grass is the way to go.

Was greeted right away and received quick and friendly service. I had the chopped summer salad and the cucumber ginger mint agua fresca, both were good and refreshing.

Love the place. It's good to have a break in your museum visit, a cup of coffee, tea (in my case) reasonably good quality food and service.

After touring the exhibit we stopped by the restaurant bar to get some drinks. We each ordered drinks a la cart. I got chambers and champagne. It was wonderful.

Had lunch here. Beautiful dining room inside and out, but the service and food left a lot to be desired. Drinks or food did not come out quickly, and I waited 15 minutes for the bill to arrive. The menu is ironically uninspired, given that the restaurant is in a museum. The chicken sandwich was overcooked, leaving it dry and tough. The portion was small as well, an overall pitiful offering for the price it commanded. Also had the mezze app, which was underwhelming, but not a total disappointment. I don't recommend eating here until either the quality of the food or menu undergoes an overhaul.

Exceptional restaurant that goes with the aesthetic of the museum. Make a reservation for outside if you can. The view is beautiful. Wonderful stop for a relaxing and tasty meal during a museum day. Love the attentive but not fussy service. Nice wine selection and great food! The broccolini salad was amazing and I don't even like broccolini! Lots of the ladies ordered shrimp tacos and loved them too. The burger also looked good. Highly recommend!

We concluded our first museum visit with lunch outdoors and both food and service were perfect. Outdoor seating was lovely, server was attentive and pleasant, grilled salmon and butternut squash apple bisque were delicious. Can’t wait to return!
