My experience at treehouse was close to none. I came out with a few of my girlfriends for a late Christmas gift exchange. 2 of my friends went to check us in, where there was no host standing at the door, and when one did arrive, my friends were completely ignored, and spoke to the people behind us who were also waiting. We had a reservation with a request to sit outside, and in them ignoring us standing their first, they gave the last available outside table to the people behind us that didn't have a reservation. My friends and I let it go, and sat down at a table as close to outside as possible. The server took forever to greet us when we sat, and the energy just didn't feel right after siting. When we were finally acknowledged after 5-7 mins. Ther servers energy was poor, to the point we questioned leaving, because we didn't feel comfortable. We were being stared about by members of staff, and we just decided to leave... We didn't even end up getting food, all we received was waters, and in us choosing to leave... the server took 2 of the glasses untouched from our tables and put them on another tables immediately after.... Completely unsanitary and disgusting... although they were untouched waters.. the server had no way of knowing if I put my mouth on the straw, as she took my glass and my friends glass and put them on a different table, to serve to different guests i meant to make this review a while ago, but completely forgot until I came to make a reservation on open table... my previous experience here was amazing... so im not sure if it was an off night, but thought I would share how me and my girls feel

Great time here. Sat at the bar the bartender was friendly along with all the staff. We were not residents of the hotel and still had a great time 10/10

It is beautiful with incredible views of the West Palm Beach city lights. Easy to park in front of the hotel for $20 valet parking. The service was good, not great. It took 45 minutes to receive French fries. My Vodka Martini came in a wine glass with no olives. I felt the tuna tacos had too much raw tuna. Others may love that. That wasn't my thing. Our server was very nice and attentive. The crowd was all ages. Not just for the young people. It was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. Will definitely go back and give them another shot.

I went solo to the bar on the 13th floor of the treehouse and it was absolutely a tremendous experience. Tatiana and Marie took such good care of me and the people inside were absolutely fabulous.

My brother and I went today to celebrate his birthday, I invited him to brunch. Right away as we walked in the server greeted us saying hi ladies, my brother has long hair and is often mistaken by being a girl, this doesnt bother him. We sat down and were looking at the menu about 15 minutes before the server went up to us. Again, she called us ladies, my brother corrected her and the server stared at him and asked “why are you telling me this” my brother told her she called him a lady twice, again hes used to it, but i feel like the way she responded was extremely rude and unprofessional. I also noticed she didnt greet us the same way as she was greeting other customers. Made me feel like she either had something against hispanics, or maybe against the lgbt community. Regardless I wasnt planning on leaving a tip because her service was terrible and she made me feel uncomfortable, but unfortunately for me, the gratuity was automatically added to the bill. I really wanted to leave and not even order because of the treatment we received from the server, but we made a 45 minute drive there, plus i had paid for valet parking, and we were ultimately excited to try this restaurant we saw on tiktok, so im a little disappointed that we didnt get the service we were expecting. I will say the valet guys were sweet and polite to deal with.

Amazing atmosphere, service, views, and food was delicious. Brought family visiting from out of town and it was a perfect night for dinner and the sunset. There was a live reggae band that started half way through dinner on the pool side.

I like the place because it’s very convenient to where I live. However, there is one issue: my orders have been messed up twice since I started going there. Improving friendliness and customer service would also help. Sometimes, you have to wait in line for a long time before receiving your order, and then people often open the box to check it because of concerns about accuracy. It would be better if the place was more organized, and a warmer, more friendly atmosphere would be appreciated.
