We were really excited to visit this spot during our trip. It wasn't a particularly busy night, though there was one large party—which we totally understand. That said, the service felt disorganized from the start. We were handed lunch menus at dinner, only to be told we couldn't order from them. We didn't receive enough water glasses, couldn't get our servers attention, our wine wasn't opened for us, and the glasses we were given were still wet. For the price point of the food and drinks, the service just didn't meet expectations. On a positive note, the food itself was fairly good, and the rooftop atmosphere, especially during sunset, was beautiful.

Birthday lunch reservation was made, had a beautiful view, nice breeze. I ordered the Mahi tacos and they didn't taste right, so sent them back with no issue whatsoever and replaced with the tuna poke tacos and they were exceptionally good. Also had the calamari which was very tasty. My friend had a Cobb salad and it was very fresh and beautifully presented. They surprised me with a birthday dessert that was wonderful! Our waitress was excellent also. Sorry I don't remember her name.

What a fabulous dining experience! I especially loved the Resurrection drink - what an innovative presentation! I will definitely be dining there again. The view from 13 stories was breathtaking. I can't say enough about how exciting and fun my experience was!

Reservations for lunch but after being told to seat ourselves, waitress announced only drinks are being served. BIG disappointment as the place looked lovely. As we were hungry, we left. Not sure how to approach a second chance as I see we were not the only ones caught on other days.

Made reservations for 4pm. Showed up early and they were able to seat us however we we not told by the hostess that the kitchen was closed. It opened at 4pm but they still needed time to setup so we left. However now that we know this, we will be back at a later time. The zero proof drinks were fun and the vibe is amazing. Our server was kind as well.

WOW! What a treat this experience was! Angelica was an attentive and diligent server, and the food was delicious!! We split the Caesar and some truffle fries (ultimate girl dinner) and each got an order of the poke tacos. SO good. Drinks were delicious, loved the mezcal drink I had. Views and vibes were awesome, and sweetheart Angelica made it all a blast. Get to The Tree House!!

We came here for the outdoor vibe, and the view and experience didn’t disappoint. We relaxed on some couches and enjoyed some happy hour wine. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job ensuring we were taken cared of.
