Uno West Palm Beach

I lived in Chicago for 11 years (including downtown for 3 years) and my Wife is born and raised there and Lou Malnatis and Unos were both always the best pizza we'd ever had! I'm a Miami native and was searching for any authentic Chicago Deep Dish since moving back to South Florida. The reviews here were hit or miss but I was in the area and figured it was worth a try.

It was on point! This pizza was Just as good as the Chicago restaurant! Crust and sauce was great and warm. Could've been less onions though and i got a steak and cheese stromboli and a chicken and bacon stromboli and both were amazing! My Wife got the gluten sensitive pepperoni and loved it! I've seen some bad reviews but it seems those were mostly due to deliveries so I'd suggest picking it up in person.

Previous reviews helped me know where to go. This is not a restaurant, it's just pick up. You enter the Hilton hotel lobby and go left past the bar to the coffee shop/Starbucks stand. There will be a display saying pick up unos here. I did an online order so I just gave them my name and within 5 minutes they brought our pizzas and calzones out. There were plenty of chairs and tables to sit at. Suggestion bring your own drinks because the café/coffee shop drink prices were terrible. They need to hurry up and bring Lou Malnatis or a full Unos restaurant to Miami or Broward County ASAP! Let's start a petition! If you know you know!

From today’s order where I ordered a pizza with just pepperoni on it and it came all screwed up with everything on it. My cheese sticks have raw dough all throughout them so I can’t even eat them. I ordered last night too and got a individual deep dish pepperoni, other than it being burnt pretty bad and me having to tear off a bunch of crust it was really good and yesterday the cheese sticks were great. But 2 orders in 2 days and they both came messed up. If they could just get a damn order right this place would be amazing, I’m so disappointed!!!

Not much of a selection of food

I'll be honest, I've eaten at the original in Chicago and have been eating at Orlando's location for 20 years. After reading these reviews, I will not even attempt it. I really hate being disappointed when it comes to food that is expected to be excellent and then only wasting my time. You need to fix these reviews. and to not have a physical location. Don't ruin the Uno name, find something else.

They took 45 minutes longer than they said, and when I got home after waiting to pick it up, they messed up the order. Sad times.

Terrible. Ordered pepperoni with mushrooms. Got pepperoni and sausage with mushrooms and no cheese. Crust was hard as a rock. Almost broke my tooth. Should not be allowed to sell Uno pizzas . Ruining brand. Next time will get it at Orlando restaurant.

Place is not Chicago very upset that it was a frozen pizza

The deep dish was horrible. I ordered extra cheese and added feta. I got a pizza with almost NO CHEESE, and covered with half a bottles worth of Parmesan(which wasn’t even asked for). I’d say it was more of a pizza bowl than a pie with how deflated this thing looked. Disappointment hand delivered, in a pizza box.
