Overpriced, especially for warm lemonade (it DID have a couple of ice cubes in it, which helped) and chicken tenders that had clearly been sitting for a while. They put an open ranch sauce packet in my food bag. Luckily, it mostly just covered the napkins... Mentioned it when it was received, and they were unconcerned. Not sure why they didn't just take it out and put a fresh one in. Not horrendous for a Wendy's, but for the price, I should have gotten carryout from somewhere else (and will be doing that going forward).

I go to a lot of Wendy’s and I’ll tell you this is the worst one I’ve been The lady is doing math with her cell phone, giving me the wrong change and owing me money that’s not professional First second I’m watching her and I can see the amount on her phone and she still didn’t have the urge to give me my whole amount until I said something THE EMPLOYEES THERE DON’T WORK AS A TEAM THE MANAGERS, LAUGHING PLAYING WITH HER PHONE KNOWING THERE’S A LINE IN PEOPLE TO BE SERVING

Around 10pm, I Waited 10min in drive through waiting for someone to answer and when they did they said hold on and waited longer and when I pulled up to the window, they didn’t even have my order and asked me what it was again

Went to go get breakfast before my son's baseball game down the street at cacti Park. Had to wait several extra minutes in the parking lot for my food to be delivered. Upon arriving at the ballpark to eat my food, my cinnamon pull- a parts were warm but seemed like they were over microwave to the point that they were not edible. Also ordered a burrito. The burrito shell was old brittle and falling apart and was not ruled correctly and it's complete mess trying to eat at the ballpark. Avoid this place for breakfast

I came into Wendy’s was welcome by a lady who has a Wendy’s shirt she said sorry I can’t take your Oder at this time because I’m not clocked in someone will be with you shorty. She set and waited as I waited for my food … about ten minutes later another person walked over and waited within seconds she clocked him in she ask repeatedly are you going to clock her in the manger on shift didn't answer her very unfair very unprofessional very uncomfortable for that to be in a place of business.

Charged me for an item and they did not know how to make it and could not offer a refund, they got a new cold foam at Wendy’s and they could only make a ice coffee in a ice coffee cup unlike they make it at west blue heron. They could not give me a receipt, or the correct item. Horrible service as well manager could not come up to window to assist.

For fast food the price is not matching. For example you can go to Publix get a fully cooked whole chicken for like $7.99. I just paid $15 for a burger fries and a drink. No deal! Won't be doing lunch here again.

Food is priced well but I had to wait a long time to be waited on. There was a cash drawer just sitting unattended in front of me and no one in site for about 5 minutes. I finally got my order. The food was good but not a big fan of the paper straws. I expect that in CA not in FL.
