I ordered via app so I didn't have much conversation with employees. There was a bit of a wait and one of my sandwiches was a tad cold. The young lady at the drive thru window was very kind and welcoming.

Mr dale the closing manager was amazing at meeting our needs , asked for fresh fries and the cashier gave old fries re dropped in the grease 3 times instead of just making fresh fries , Mr dale made fresh fries without the hassle we are grateful thank you Mr dale !

TERRIBLE, SLOW, AND NOT CLEANY. They don’t wear gloves to make and prepare your food, regardless if you place a mobile order, you’re basically waiting 30 mins to wait for your food even though it was placed a while ago. They’re very disorganized and it’s as if everything is all over the place

I ordered the #9. They failed to mention they were out of crispy onions so they just gave it to me without hoping I wouldn’t care. The fries were brown and crunchy. The parking lot has gigantic potholes.
