The Service - can someone please explain service to Zaxby's? At least the one on the perimeter of the outlet mall on Congress Ave. I live in a community three stone throws from Zaxby's. So it's a "go to" choice when we want to eat light and fast. Zaxby's food isn't a WOW but it's pretty good. However the service may be the worst of any franchise drive thru anywhere. We never order in the drive thru and get the food without having to pull into a parking space and wait. So we tried...read full review
