Domino's Pizza

Ordered a hand toss and got a thin crust with crust if that make sense smh and when I called to complain was told that just thinned it out and there’s nothing they can do about it. Spoke with a manager and he wouldn’t give his name but the day is 8/4/25 order number 1215027.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever received. My grandma called and they left her waiting for an entire hour. Then I called and they left me for 25 minutes and when someone finally answered, I tried to explain the situation and she just told me to order online and hang up.

The absolute rudest service of any establishment. The young lady answers and immediately says hold. Been on hold 20 minutes. I hang up and same thing. On my 5th call, I just wanted to know the hold time. WE"RE BACKED UP... slam! Never eating at domino's again.

Tried to order online and had an error, decided to give a call to this store to check what happened with my order, they put me on hold for 10 min, I decided to hangup and give another call, they put me on hold again. Tried to find customer support and nothing.. no customer support. So if you have been charged and it was an error, it's no one to help you at this store.

Ive been ordering a lot from this Dominos lately as ive forgotten about these regional spots. Food is always on point. Always hot, always made the way I like it. Out of at least 10 orders, only one was late, but correct, and they were the ones to reach out and offer me a free pizza. I'd recommend this Domino's any day!

Their pizza was soggy, they failed to add the sauces that I asked for. The service was absolutely rude and they failed to give me a refund for the terrible food they provided. Mind you I’m 7 months pregnant. I took one bite of the food and returned it yet they still failed to give me a refund. Absolutely TERRIBLE service.

Order a pizza from here last night ended up throwing up all night and all day today . I called them tonight to tell them hey we possibly got food posing and got sick after eating the pizza and the guy has the nerves to ask me ,how do you know if it’s food poisoning if you didn’t go to the hospital and hung up on me !!!! Nasty people working here !!!.so if you wanna get very sick with people that care less about your health, this is a spot to eat.!!!!

Make sure you cook the pizza for the proper amount of time. The dough was raw.

Everything was all good until they missed my wings. I called dominoes was on hold for a while and call dropped. I called again and spoke to the manager “John” supposably, he told me he was going to make me the wings again but I had to wait an additional 40 min for my wings. I asked for some kind of free item on the menu and I asked for wings he denied and told me he could give me 50% off my next order. Horrible experience that is not customer service.

This is the worst Customer service I have ever received and it was from the manager! Instead of being apologetic for my food being burnt and then having to wait over two hours to wait for them to try to fix it, he felt it was more important to tell me that I was rude and felt the need to give me a lesson on how communication works. When I asked for a refund he put me on hold and I never got my refund! Will NEVER use them again. And based on previous reviews I should have checked the reviews first before using them. If I could give no stars I would have.
