Domino's Pizza

It's been three hours and I still haven't received my order rude workers

23 minutes on hold. No one came back to the phone to assist me so I can place my order

They're starting to slack on their customer service. I've seen my pies come out of the oven as I ordered them just to see one of the delivery drivers check it and place it in his delivery bag. Now someone has my Pepperoni with extra cheese. I also waited at the counter for about 10min with workers walking past me and not acknowledging my pick up order and of course it was wrong.

I waited an extremely long time for the pizza to arrive I called and was not even apologized to about the delay- we are short drivers and hung up. I called again and explained that my pizza was iced Cold and I shouldn’t have to microwave my pizza that I just had delivered. The gentleman was not friendly or approachable. The guy said the service has nothing to do with the pizza says have a nice day and hangs up on me. I call back again, expressing my desire to speak to the manager, the manager says to me Did you eat the pizza? I said I just explained that I had to microwave the pizza. I was starving waiting all this time for my food oh so you had one slice of pizza. This is not customer service. I explained I want my money back for this horrible service the horrible treatment And he too hung up on me. Oh don’t worry ma’am we’ll go ahead and refund your money and hang up on me corporate needs to know how they are treating people. This is not customer service. This is not people friendly and I will be waiting for my refund.

The customer service here is horrible. I ordered at 11:31 the store closes at 12:00 and they started taking my order (update from the app) then when I get here they tell me they close at 12am while they playing loud music and came to tell unprofessionally that this system is always late and that orders are canceled at 11:30. This is purely false advertisement. This location might as well be given to Pizza Hut. Or dominoes. And they are literally putting order in the oven while I’m outside. .. this location was disrespectful. Then the delivery who drives a green Toyota didn’t want to give the rude manager name . Telling me she too congested to kno her manager name. This place is a joke.

This is the worst dominoes to order your food if you are expecting professionalism👎👎, I called to put in a order and they refused to deliver also, very rude👎 employees answering the phone especially the guy that answered Sunday November 23rd 2025 at 830 pm they refused to deliver without reasoning and hung up the phone while I was still trying to ask some questions👎 . I was trying to get a pizza delivered to my job down the street at 4200 Hallandale beach Blvd just stradown the street but nope,🤷‍♂️ just rudeness, don't do it!!! They suck at this place🫤

If I could I'll give them 0 stars I'll be glad too!! The Manager is rude and don't like to give his name. If calls are recorded why did every employee get on the phone saying he has no name or Don't call here no more!! My pizzas were burnt around the crust, I asked for Xtra sauce and they're dry as hell. I asked for a remake or refund.. the manager says I'll give the refund and then hung up the phone.. how rude!!
StAy away.. run if you can.. pizza taste like someone made it with musty dog PAWS!!
What I want to know is who's letting this establishment stay in business?

We the customers ARE NOT pleased!!!

The delivery driver cannot follow simple directions. In addition none of the employees wear gloves or hair precautions when making orders. Does the public know how much of a health risk you are exposing your customers too? The manager is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional I recorded the entire incident. Domino’s cooperate you should get in contact with me before you have a public relations problem on your hand. I will be sending the video of your employees not following food safety and sanitation as required by law to the Florida Department of Health. My regards

I always go here for pizza. Jason is usually the one making my pizza and he is flawless. I highly recommend visiting this store and you should also order online. They are quick!!!

This has to be one of the worst stores i've been,
I got a burnt pizza, 16 piece garlic bites where like 10, and one of the workers, a disrespectful guy insulting me in my own face, like i ain't paying my stuff, lucky i couldn't get the name of the guy 0/10

There are always people standing outside. The parking lot is very tiny and hard to get in and out of. The customer service is often a hit or miss but this time it was well— there was only one employee in sight though. Would more than likely purchase from them again.
