We enjoyed a beautiful experience there with great food and a well-trained crew and a distinguished chef. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly visit again very soon. “I like spicy food... However- mild is still REALLY spicy. I got the chicken vindaloo... Very good but it needs a cream sauce to balance the spiciness in the dish. Naan was hard and not fluffy, but maybe it's because we had a 30 min drive to get home? I grew up with Indian food and live in Chicago where we have some of the best in the nation. For the Miami area it's 4star. In Chicago it would probably a 2.5-3.“

“The Indian Harbor is an excellent restaurant for those who love Indian cuisine. My favorites are the Dal Makhani and the Butter Chicken. I usually order via UberEats but prefer to go in person to truly appreciate the naan fresh from the oven. The food and service are excellent… go with a friend to introduce them to this local delight.“

“LOVEEDDDDD THE FOOD HERE! Food was piping hot and delicious. Although the wait time was a bit lengthy it was completely worth it for the food portion and quality! The place is rather small so I wouldn't book a group larger than 8 to eat here but other than that it's a nice chill place to sit down and eat some Indian Cuisine. They also have outdoor seating but I wouldn't recommend as it's near the main road which can be very noisy.“

“Usually whenever traveling to a new city, I try to make sure to try new places each day. However, Taj Indian Grill was too difficult to resist for a second visit in the same week! Some of the best Indian food I have eaten in a long time, good variety of dishes, and great service! Place can get very busy during the weekend, so I recommend going on a weekday for fast service and best quality food,“

“We have tried their biriyani, chicken curry, dal, milkshakes, tea, and other items. The taste is excellent. Some people complain about the price, but I think they forgot it's Miami. Three different people serve us, and all of their behavior is great. Most orders are online and picked; maybe that's why sitting arrangements are average. Our kids also loved the deshi flavors. “My girlfriend and i stopped in. We were a bit skeptical when we saw the American fusion menu but wow this family knows how to cook! I get Indian food all over the place and this is a spot to remember. We ordered the shaved steak salad, palak paneer and had the chicken curry dish - medium spice level. Tremendous flavors in all the dishes and the steak salad was surprisingly excellent! The young lady working the counter was helpful and very pleasant. The older gentlemen was answering calls for orders and it was fun listening to him speak joyfully with his regular customers. You can tell the community loves this family. I can’t wait to go back to try more things. What a great little gem. Highly recommend!“

“This cuisine was simply excellent. I had the goat rogan josh and chicken korma, absolutely delicious. As an added bonus this place was open on Sunday unlike their direct competitor:) the garlic naan was perfect. Only thing I wish they had was a lime or garlic pickle, settled with the sweeter chutney. “This is the first time I had roti, but it won't be the last. If you like curry, and have never had roti, I highly suggest you try Ali's Roti Shop. First, let me say when you go in you are welcomed with a smile. As some of the other reviews have said, the ladies in Ali's are welcoming and don't mind questions. For example, I thought roti was curry wrapped up like a burrito, but the menu says - chicken AND roti or beef AND roti. So hoping they would forgive my ignorance, I asked about this. (You can have yourcurry wrapped in roti like a large sandwich or separate is the answer by the way.) The portions are huge here!! So I suggest getting the roti on the side. Picking it up as a sandwich was yummy but messy. In fact, with the portions as large as this, I could have made several burrito like roti instead of just one huge one. The curry itself was slightly hot, according to my friend who was with me, who is Jamaican. His tolerance is higher than mine. I would say it is medium spicy lol. It was very tasty and filling and not so hot that I couldn't taste the spices and flavor. The curry spice is the star as are the big pieces of moist chicken. I also got a piece of carrot cake, which was moist and delicious with just the right amount of cream cheese icing. It was also a large portion. To drink, I got their pineapple ginger juice that they make there, and it was perfect- spicy and sweet. The place itself is very clean and homey. Overall, a great first experience with roti! Epic fail on pics as usual. Always forget to take til it is too late.“

“One of the tastiest Trini spots in the area!The service can be a bit slow, and the food may be a bit overpriced, but trust me it's totally worth it!Also, Sheiks is all Halal and the place itself is very clean and well organized, including their grocery portion of the store. You can find many of your favorite imported goods from the Caribbean.I highly recommend the doubles, chicken roti, goat roti and veggies here!“
