Btw, employees and middle management in cahoots with the Grand hotel in Oakland park to fraudulently charge credit cards collected by the hotel. Garbage is as garbage does - ignore management denial of this, they either are incompetent to the point of being blind to this or are in on it. If you’re in corporate hq for the restaurant, get a new job

I went last night to get a Steak sandwich, when i went to pay the girl told me $12.00, iI asked her did the price go up as We go often and it’s always $11.23, she said yes I handed her $12.00. She did not git me a receipt which is not normal, when i received my food i asked another young lady fir my receipt. The steak sandwich did not go up, i told her she owed me my .77 cents. not much but its my money.,

I was skeptical because if the outside appearance of the restaurant mixed with the fact that I had ZERO idea what kind of food they serve. My disdain continued As I pulled up to the drive-thru menu screen. The screen was filthy and nothing was displayed until about a minute into. I wanted a salad and they offered salads ? but Judging by the appearance, I was concerned about the quality. However, everything was great, including the service. I was especially impressed by the mini salad (see pics) that seemed to be standard, at least with the combo (3-pc) that I ordered. Tenders were hot, tender inside and crispy outter. The salad was fresh and refreshing. I would definitely go back to a Miami Grill and I would definitely recommend.
