I visited Miami Grill in Hollywood for the first time today and was very impressed. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, which made the dining experience even better. The portion sizes were generous, and the fries were cooked perfectly. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning.

After a long 10 hour shift I went home and showered and felt the hunger for some wings and fries. Decided to go to Miami grill but not the one I usually go to near Fort Lauderdale but to this location because it was closer and I was ready to get food and go back home and relax. There was 4 cars in front of me when I ordered and I noticed how when the next car got to the front they would only be there for less than 2 mins for each one where as if I was at the other location in Fort Lauderdale where they cook the chicken fresh and all the way through it would at least take a solid 8-15 minutes for each car including me. I Got the food fast only being in line for less than 10 minutes after the 4 cars in front and came home, the chicken was not all the way cook through and tasted funny. Couldn’t even eat them fearing I would end up getting food poisoning and wake up with an upset stomach so I decided to just eat the fries and order wawa. The fries was no better, tasted just like the chicken did with a weird funny taste like the grease was real old or something and left a nasty taste in my mouth and made me lose my appetite for the night. Will not be coming back to this location 1-6am ever again for a late night meal. Wasted 20$ on the 10 wing platter and in gas coming to this establishment, highly upset.

I really had to make sure I stopped I was doing to write this before I forget and it never gets acknowledged..I visited this store on 7/12/25 with my wife and daughter. Im not sure if he is the manager but he seemed like it, let me tell you that this man greeted us took his time to take care of us with professionalism and kindness..He made sure everything came out perfect even gave my daughter a free cookie🍪 . Great man with a great heart. This company and coworkers should be proud to work aside a person like him. Thank you very much for a great experience in your establishment. Many blessings
I just had a burger from them. My husband and I ordered double cheese burgers just the burger. When we unwrapped the burger we were presented with the blackest most burnt patty that I’ve ever seen between a bun. Smelling it, it smelled like the burnt crisps at the bottom of the airfryer that have been reburned countless times. Upon taking a bite, the patty was crispy and tasted like the coal that they probably used to burn the patty. This was the most disgusting burger that I’ve ever had. If you want to go to Miami grill, STAY AWAY from this location. The cook was careless and inconsiderate. I wish I could give 0 stars. The food at this location is never really that good but this time was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in all my days.

It's the same female Cashier in the drive thru thats very rude and have an attitude. Why pay your hard earned money at an establishment when you're getting disrespected and potentially sabotage the food that you paid for?? Idk how the owner and corporate can still turn a blind eye to this on going behavior.

I haven’t had service like this in a long time. Exceptional. The employees were friendly and engaging. They were not on their phones at all and were constantly cleaning the restaurant when not serving customers. My mother asked for cherry coke and instead of explaining that they didn’t have it, Rachel made cherry coke with the cherries that were available for another drink. Kesha service was exceptional as well and I can’t recommend this place enough.
