Worst customer service Spanish associate was nasty. She insisted on taking back one condiment when asked for a different condiment. Gyro was missing from bag when asked about she insisted we didn't pay but it was on receipt. Another worker stepped in and gave missing item which was paid for.

My family and I went to this Miami Grill on Friday evening, the young lady who took our order was very professional, patient and polite even when my family was asking questions (??♀️) she remained polite. When we got to the window, beautiful young woman arrived smiling and gave us the amount. Family decided they wanted to pay separately, she politely accommodated never not smiling and still taking orders on the headset.2nd Window is were everything went down hill; young lady comes to the window, I can already see her face is "I'm frustrated". No pleasantries, which is OK, not professional but you are who you are. She gives me the bags, I ask about to get a ranch dressing (we were willing to pay the extra 50 cents; she goes "then give me the blue cheese back" Me: what and why? Her: you can't have both. Me: they have celery sticks, nevet mind. Me: Ms the Gyro is missing, Her rudely: there was no Gyro. Me: telling my cousin to give me the receipt, she walks away The first young lady who took the order arrives with the Gyro and apologies. My family is steaming, wanting to talk to the manager but, I say no there are cars behind us.If there was a manager there, they had to have seen or heard this interaction.Nevertheless we won't return.Food was good, they ate it but the service started at 5 starts and went to 1. (I'll average it 3)To the young woman with the rude attitude, do better love. If not pick a different job that doesn't involve working with the public.
Waited over 20 min for a cheesesteak that was all lettuce. This place needs to be shut down... second time this happens here, worst location.

Went to location to pick up Doordash order. Employee handed to be bag at the drive thru and walked off. I realized my jalapeño poppers were missing from my bag. So i blow my horn trying to alert him. this goes on for literally 3 mins. eventually he comes back to the window and says that he doesn’t have that on his receipt and refuses to give them to me although i paid for them on doordash. i tried to show him the doordash receipt but he refused to look. At the end of the interaction, she slams the drive thru window refused to come back. Customer service stinks at this location and it always has. I find myself here because it is close to my home but i will no longer be coming here. I do have a small video of the end of our interaction where he closes the window in the middle of me speaking and walks off. Y'all need to do better. I’ve literally never had a good experience at this location.Update: It has been two days and although the owner has replied to this post attempting to show care and concern, not a single soul has called or emailed me.

Spoke to manager yajaira in the drivethru window. One of the most nastiest manager I’ve encountered. She is so disrespectful to the point I don’t even want to eat the food since she yajaira prepared it. This woman is not manager material and need to be placed under psychiatric evaluation.

The fishes platter is good. I've gotten lunch and breakfast there too. They'll make your food fresh off whatever you order, not ahead of time. And they've menu items you can't get at McDonald's or BK.
