Having just moved to the area, I wanted ice cream. Whits Frozen Custard was close by so we gave it a whirl.

It's in a very nice area of Tampa. When entering, it's small, not much seating at all. There are also 2 tables outside to sit at. We ordered a few items and sat down. The frozen Custard was delicious! They have take home ice cream sandwiches that are huge and look amazing! Also take home pints and gallons.

Pretty satisfied with our first trip to Whit’s since we arrived at literally 8:55 PM and they were closing in five minutes. The staff greeted us with a smile & were incredibly nice, considering they were about to close! My nephew absolutely raved about his crafted frozen custard cookie. I had the red velvet which was scrumptious. Yes, it is pricy but worth it for special times.

Flavors are delicious, I look forward every week to seeing what the new flavor is going to be. My puppy loves this place, he’s always trying to drag me in the door to get him a pup cup.
