I'm sorry I felt angered by the delivery tracker that's clearly broken and was upset they didn't answer the phone and let it ring forever but going to the store about an hour after I placed my order for delivery (the tracker kept increasing by several hours) I realized this one poor guy is making all the pizzas, and one girl is delivering them all. understaffed and overworked. NEBER PICK UP THE PHONES! TAKES TWO HOURS TO DELIVER
What else is there to add about this location’s service? It’s so terrible it is just depressing to write about it. They have chronic issues and if you are lucky that they’ll pick up the phone when you call them, you’ll learn that they been lying, via the tracker, all along. For example I just got a notification that the driver of my now cancelled order that never left the store was pulling up at my house. This of course never happened.

The new manager has significantly improved the overall experience, ensuring orders are prepared quickly and with a smile, even close to closing time.
