I never write reviews so bare with me. The store online service-not working & store phone was answered, but it disconnected after pickup. This happened 5 times. (That should have been my first clue) Finally a person answer and apologized for the previous hang ups, took my $40 delivery order and said it would be here between 45 min & 1 hr (this was 6:00 pm Fri night). Took an hour to get my pickup order. Ordered one medium pan pizza and Parmesan bread bites. That’s it! One employee making tons of orders on a Saturday at 4pm. Terrible management setting their employees up for failure. Standard for these kind of pizza chains these days. Cut corners to make an extra buck at the customer and employees expense.
I had ordered hot buffalo wings but I got regular wings with some buffalo sauce squirted, nice. Also, something new I learnt today, that hand tossed pizza is the new thin crust pizza.

Still the same nothing has changed. The hand tossed still the thin crust and Alfredo pasta, wow I see the bottom and that is for 9$ such a rip off. Downgrading is to 1 star.

Domino's Pizza on Weston Rd is known for its excellent service and quality food. Despite some initial impersonal attention, the staff, especially a lady with Colombian or Venezuelan glasses, impressed customers with their friendly and efficient service. The new manager has significantly improved the overall experience, ensuring orders are prepared quickly and with a smile, even close to closing time. Customers highly recommend this location for exceptional service and delicious food.
