Thank you to everyone at Japan Inn. We were there last night for my son's 17th birthday and we all had a blast. Every employee was perfect from the host at the door to our teppanyaki chef to our waitress. Our waitress was the perfect “coordinator” and was incredibly attentive and responsive. We went home stuffed to the gills AND had leftovers. Great experience and the teen was very happy!! Thank you.

Food was delicious and chef did a great job. Service waa terrible. Way overcrowded. Boiling hot. No menus. Couldnt find server to get drinls refill. Had to wait half am hr for table, despite having reservation.

We've been regular guests at Japan Inn for the past two years and have always enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our visit tonight was disappointing. We politely asked the chef to use only a small amount of garlic butter due to my husband's cholesterol concerns, but were initially told that it wasn't possible and that “this is how the food is prepared.” This was surprising, as our request has always been accommodated in the past.
