Our party of six arrived 10 minutes early and were seated at a hibachi table shortly thereafter. Since were early, we had time to talk and celebrate the holiday among ourselves for several minutes. Our server took our drink and appetizer order. I had to order my appetizer off menu, since they had an express Holiday menu. My requests were accommodated, and the tempura shrimp was perfect. The chef did an excellent job cooking and entertaining us with the typical hibachi tricks....

Thank you to everyone at Japan Inn. We were there last night for my son's 17th birthday and we all had a blast. Every employee was perfect from the host at the door to our teppanyaki chef to our waitress. Our waitress was the perfect “coordinator” and was incredibly attentive and responsive. We went home stuffed to the gills AND had leftovers. Great experience and the teen was very happy!! Thank you.

Food was delicious and chef did a great job. Service waa terrible. Way overcrowded. Boiling hot. No menus. Couldnt find server to get drinls refill. Had to wait half am hr for table, despite having reservation.
