Denied me an ice cream at 11:20pm. They close at midnight they clean the ice cream machine an hour early and dont take ice cream orders after that.

Two days ago I came to this McDonald’s at night, and was helped by Gabe. He was VERY hardworking, helpful and extremely kind and patient.The bad experience I had was I waited 45+ mins for my food because the manager handed it out to drive thru by mistake and refused to apologize. However, Gabe was very helpful and apologized for something he didn’t do.Lastly, the gentlemen in the back cooked very well and were quick.Thank you.Order 1647 on 3/10

The bathrooms were filthy. They told me that they didn't have ketchup or mustard when I asked why it wasn't on my burger that I ordered it with... And the burger was cold. We couldn't refill our drinks because they turned the machine off. Seemed pretty destroyed in there. One of the worst McDonald's we've been to. Disappointed.

Love the prices and the fast food, but the order boards are confusing and take too long. Lines gather behind. If you accidentally drive into the drive-thru lane, you are stuck.

Subject: Unpleasant Experience at McDonald'sI would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during our recent visit to McDonald's. Regrettably, we experienced mistreatment from the cashier who was assisting us. This behavior was unexpected and has left us disappointed with the level of service we received.

The woman working the drive-through window was really unpleasant and seemed irritated by our order, insisting that we go along and wait for our food. When we begged for more sugar, she even went so far as to slam the window and give it to us while acting so rudely. Our McDonald's experience was destroyed on September 9 at 10:22 a.m., and we are not loving it!We are still waiting for our food at 10:35 despite our receipt stating 10:09 a.m. The MOBILE ORDER APP and the drive-through should be quicker, right? Improve, McDonald's.

The issues I have had are too numerous for both my family and me to explain them all. They are convenient, so we continue to use this location if we have to. They seem to be out of either pastries or their ice cream machine is broken. The staff always struggle bc they either don't have enough help or their staff is not trained adequately. Plus, it is not that difficult for staff to say thank you, which seems to be a South Florida cultural norm that drives me crazy.It all starts at the top, and if the owners and managers are so self-absorbed, then that is a direct reflection of their staff.

We went through the drive thru on Wednesday 12/27 at 9:45 pm, when we arrived at the parlate they asked us to wait a few moments. 10 minutes passed and we decided to leave because no one was taking our order. When we passed by the window we saw the person in charge of taking the orders talking to a friend who had stopped by to visit him in his car, who also didn't seem to move when she saw us leaving.
