You get what you paid for
Food is what you expect from McDonald’s but the service is lacking. Staff is often unfriendly. They will look you in the eyes and completely ignore you unless you ask them a direct question. Managers are rude and often unprofessional (I’ve heard managers yelling at employees often). I get that it is fast food and it’s busy, but being kind to customers is the bare minimum.
The food is typical McDonald’s. The main issue is service - even if you make order to the table - they will not bring tray to you. No napkins. Overall tables dirty ( it is not that crowded that you don’t have time to wipe them )

The bathroom is very clean, and there is no passcode to access it. However, there are issues with order boards being confusing, which can lead to long wait times and lines gathering behind. Sometimes, mistakes happen, like handing out orders to the drive-thru by mistake or delays in starting the order. The soda machine is often not working, and some food items like nuggets may not be crispy. Despite these issues, some customers appreciate the good quality of the chicken sandwich and the overall friendly attitude of some staff members.
