Offerdahl's Off-The-Grill (Weston)

I have always loved Offerdahl's, especially the Johnny Salad...but the last few times have been pretty off and they cannot get a to go order right....ever! The last order was, however, inedible. I called to advise management that the chicken tasted like pesticide and something was off. He informed me they had recently changed the chicken vendor and I knew it from the first bite. I paid over $45.00 for this order which I threw away and would not even give the chicken to my dog as it was alarmingly off. The manager said he would let corporate know but made no attempt to rectify the situation. All I wanted was a Johnny salad and a sandwich. After two decades of eating at this establishment, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE AGAIN...IT WAS THAT BAD.

Offerdahls is my favorite place to eat breakfast. I go there every Sunday morning. But the lunch menu is also great. The ambience is awesome. The restaurant is small but cozy.

Dear Offerdahls Team,

I’ve been a loyal customer of your restaurant for over 20 years, often visiting two to three times a week with my family. One of the main reasons I’ve kept coming back has always been your fresh, simple, and delicious grilled chicken — especially the grilled chicken platters and lemon grilled chicken, which have become staples for us.

Recently, however, I’ve noticed a change in the chicken you’re serving. It now tastes heavily seasoned and processed, almost as if it’s been pre-cooked or bagged and then re-grilled. Unfortunately, this change has taken away the clean, fresh flavor that made your grilled chicken so special. The new version simply doesn’t compare — and to be honest, it’s hard to enjoy.

As someone who has supported your business for two decades, I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that you might reconsider the change. I truly hope you bring back the original grilled chicken — if not, I’m afraid I’ll have to stop coming, which would be very disappointing after so many years.

This place still good but not like before, and the prices aren't helping ...bagels are great , coffees need to be served hot ,not warm...the employees need to clean the tables and not leave a plastic container on top of a table full of dirty things , stinky things with food on it , that every customer saw ...this happened on Fathers day at around 1030 AM...place was empty , no reason to have these dirty things just laying on a table w out being picked up to clean. ....to the owner, check your cameras ...find better help !

The layout is a bit odd, and the breakfast menu is a little confusing with limited variety. The food was OK but could be better with minor tweaks. The service is a little slow with portions on the small side.

A pound of egg on my sandwich and 1 tiny strip of bacon. Terrible ! Must do better especially if you charging 10 dollars for a bagel sandwich.

Outstanding menu. Consistent quality food. Website is so easy to order from food is always fresh hot and on time. Love they have healthy options for weight loss. I order from this location a few times a week and I'm never disappointed. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

I’m disappointed to write this, as we’ve always loved coming here as Weston residents, but our experience today was unacceptable. The lady at the front desk, Mary, was incredibly unpleasant. She greeted us with an attitude and seemed miserable from the start, which is no way to welcome guests.

When our order was wrong, instead of handling it professionally, she took it personally and was outright rude. Mistakes happen, but the way she responded made the situation so much worse. It’s disheartening to experience such poor customer service at a place we’ve always enjoyed.

We truly hope management addresses this issue and Mary can get an attitude check, as it’s tarnishing the otherwise great experience this place usually offers. Customer service should always be welcoming, not hostile.

Good place to go grab breakfast. Pay at counter and there’s no waiter just grab your own coffee and they bring your plate to table. Clean up on your own. Had avocado toast with two eggs on top. Delicious!Prepared fresh and was just the right amount.

The breakfast sandwiches were delicious!
