In short: a bread of the future. All the breads are delicious and nutritious, my favorites are the chocolate and the zucchini. These "breads" are not good, they are excellent!Each bread is high in nutrients and offers energy almost immediately so it's a good option before working out and a much better option than fast food when you're short on time.
