Picked up an order from here today. Staff was super friendly when I went in. Upon getting home my wife and I noticed the sauce smelled like straight vinegar and was clear so we assumed a mistake must have been made. We called and were pretty much told "that's the sauce." Idk bout yall but honey is yellow, the sauce should at least have some color and taste of more than corn syrup and sugar. I was so unhappy with it I took the time to make a new sauce from scratch for the chicken. Uncle Roger would be sad.

Lost count of how many times I’ve order to go within Rice Up. Menu, location and parking simply perfect. My kids love it so, always available, always there. Beef and mixed vegetables is the way to go, simply delicious, thank you.
I want to say that what happened today was petty! I placed an order over the phone & as I walked in I stated I have a coupon for a free lo mein that I ordered. The young girl told the other employee and she went in the back with my food. I asked why is she going to the back with my food? She said because they have to take off a portion of the lo mein because I have a free lo mein coupon. I almost wanted to cancel the entire order if it wasn’t for my kids waiting for dinner. The lady in charge asked me if I speak Spanish & said they have to do that because they count every portion. I told her no where on the coupon it states that I have to specify over the phone that I have a free lo mein coupon. Mind you I’ve been a customer for 10 years and have placed orders over $200 many times. They lost a customer for good! That was poorly handled!

This is not a dine in restaurants. This is curb side pick up, but the food is very very good ? the sushi has fish instead of the cheep stuff that you get at buffet that only have cream cheese inside. Everything is fresh and if it's not you can tell them and they will make a new one for you! Unfortunately the staff isn't to friendly, but it's take out, so you don't interact with them for to long.

We order food from Rice Up frequently. Typically from the lunch menu since it has a pretty good deal. We love the chicken sesame the best but the honey chicken and orange chicken are good too. The pepper steak was disappointing because they put too much vegetables and barely enough steak.
