This visit was probably the best fast food experience I have had in years. The manager, Ms. Samantha, was very polite, friendly, and professional. The food was hot and the establishment was very clean. This is something you don’t see often anymore. Ms. Samantha is doing a wonderful job at this location and the owners of this location should take note of her efforts.

I went to this BK today to have lunch with my grandfather, and it was amazing. Jana was polite and personable with us and to everyone in the lobby, made ordering very easy for my grandfather, and very efficient working the front. The manager was also doing very well getting people's food out to both the lobby and drive-through as quick as possible.

We went through the drive-thru window of this Burger King at Florida 560 and 71 in Waxahachie. The employee made sure we had everything we needed and the food was hot and fresh. He really seemed to care. It has been better than some of our past experiences at other Burger Kings.
