Had to pick up a catering order for a party. The food was good but unfortunately they didn't give me the complete order and I had to return to the location to get the rest of the order. They had to delay the start of the party until I returned.
Slow service without any desire for efficiency. Lunch break has limited time amd this is labeled as a quick service counter restaurant. However, employees are not efficient. Food quality is as expected.
Excellent customer service from Teo and Tiffany. I came a couple days ago and had pico de gallo inside my bowl when it wasn’t part of my online order. I came today and Tiffany was very open to helping me out and replacing my order as well as Teo. Thank you so much, ladies.
