We had a very pleasant dine in experience. Emerald made our pizzas to perfection. It’s not easy with the gluten free crust but she showed that she could handle it. We asked for double cut and she perfected that as well. The slices almost separated on their own.
Flippers in Brownwood has the best pizzas! The restaurant is bright and clean. The wait staff is great but special kudos go to our favorite guy, waiter Adrian, who is VERY efficient. You can’t miss him with the curly hair and perpetual smile. Assistant Jennifer should also get special recognition for her friendliness and special care in preparing the food. Flippers Pizza Co. offers a great experience with delicious pizza, including a margarita and gluten free pizza, plus fresh toppings. The meatball sub and combo are good deals, with a fresh Italian salad and delicious red one dressing. The sauce is good, but the toppings make the pizza fantastic. Service can be hit or miss, but staff like Maddy, Jessica, and Kylie provide excellent, friendly service. A dirty table was noted, but the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff are highlights. The pizza is absolutely amazing and highly recommended.
