Placed a mobile order for 10 munchkins. The screen said my order was ready. I waited for 10 minutes at the pickup counter and nobody even so much as said hello to me. I didn’t have bad customer service, I literally had NO customer service. They weren’t even busy. Lousy workers in the back while one woman ran the counter and ignored us. What a waste of time. If I am charged I will dispute it.
This Dunkin is located at a rest stop so of course it's extremely busy but you had the option of skipping the line via kiosk so that was awesome considering I was in a hurry . The customer service was exceptional. Ms. Harmony was very friendly and quickly rectified a hiccup I had with my order . I would definitely stop here again

This place is attached to a gas station with KFC and Wendy’s. You cannot order on your app to this store. It was more expensive at this location the back at home. The customer service was good. It is a quick get in and get back out on the road store! Bathrooms were clean.
