Horrible service! Cold sandwich and fries! They gave me two packets of ketchup for two people. It took forever 12 minutes over to get my apple pies. The worst service I have ever.

I tried to place my order at 8:13 in the morning, and the drive thru attendant can't do her job... she leaves us talking alone, and only asks if we've finished the order... I had to divide my order into three parts, because she can't talk to the customer. I'm disappointed, because I always come in the afternoon and everyone serves me well.

No matter the day the drive through staff is amazing I frequent here a lot due to location... I love coming here the food is good service is good will continue to always use this location if possible

Very nice place and 1 of the few McD's that I can honestly say has very nice employees! I tend to stop here often because I like the people. They are nice and seem to enjoy working here. Having a good attitude is 1/2 the battle of visiting a place. Keep up the good work. The palace was spotless, even the restrooms! Nicely decorated and not too hot or cold, overall temperature was just right!!

If I could give zero Stars I absolutely would pretty sad drove 3 and 1/2 hours so I can get home after working all week stopped in to get a quick meal after working 14 hours around 9:00 mind not busy at all order a Big Mac meal their signature meal the damn thing is so hard the bottom bun I literally can knock someone out with it try to call the restaurant but their phones off the hook not even going to drive back there to waste my time to deal and they're only 4 minutes from where I live so I guess when someone sees this since no one can answer the phone you can get in contact with me

So I pulled up to McDonald’s at 8:46 at night in my 26 foot box truck I tried to walk in to the dining area to place an order. The doors are locked. The glass clearly states that they don’t close the inside to 11 o’clock, so I’m knocked on the door. The manager looked at me and ignored me. I walked up to the drive-through. She tells me she can’t take my order so I told her to let me into the drive-through or through the dining area and she told me no because they’re short staffed, but meanwhile they have like 12 people in the back that I can clearly see so how are they short staffed and she has the dining area closed I would not recommend this McDonald’s. The management here is horrible.

Everybody should really pay attention to any businesses Google review score. If they have a low score and several hundred reviews and where there's smoke there's fire avoid the place like the plague such as this McDonald's.

This has got to be the worst places I’ve ever dealt with. The people are horrible. Imagine being diagnosed with a medical condition that requires you to go restroom at the drop of a hat. It’s called IBS. In the mornings when I see the employees outside smoking their cigarettes I assume they are open it’s usually after 6 am and sometimes customers are inside. But when they see me pull they go inside and lock the door bc I don’t buy food. I can’t eat in the morning bc of the medication given for the condition. I think this is foul and these people are terrible. Thanks for making my problems worse for me. I was just trying to make it to work
