Totally disappointed in the steak. If we weren't in a hurry, I would have sent it back. Could hardly cut the tough grisly meat. Server was nice. Very noisy. Not returning.

Well this place has gone down hill fast. This is my 2nd time here since my last review. I didnt post about my last trip that was bad as everyplace can have a bad night. But twice in a row no excuse. Both times I went last time around 5 I was told there was a wait and a large group was already waiting. I looked at the manager and asked why the long wait for 2 with over 8 booths clean and open and was told they were waiting for the knight servers to come in. This time I went at 4 again with my 84 year old mother and we made sure to put our names on the waiting list. When we arrived we were hopeful as there was only 1 couple in front of us being seated. The host took are names and took us to a 1/2 table which my mother did not like and asked if we could have a regular booth. Again there were 6 boths open and cleaned and when my mother asked we were again told they were waiting for the knight servers for those areas to arrive. I was not happy but one of the managers came over and sat my mother and I at a full booth. How rediculose is this that they have open seating making people wait because of knight shift staff. Who is doing the scheduling? I have traveled extensively and never ran into this idiocy. Now on to our server he took our order and brought our drinks and that was it until we were done with our meal. Other staff brought are bread, soup and salads along with our main course. He never came over to see if our steaks were cooked to order or came by to ask if we needed anything. He did however stop at the table and put a stack of coasters on it before our food came out. After we were finished and stacked the plates on the end of the table he came back and asked if I needed another drink and came back with a box for my mother. Most people do not need another drink after the meal. Maybe instead of 3 hosts and 2 managers on duty you should get appropriate number of servers to handle the customers coming into your resturant throughout the day. Needless to say this will probaly be the last trip to this resturant as it deffinetly does not have the same standards as when it 1st opened.

Had another grear visit this evening. Our server Susan P was the best.

I read all the negative reviews and seen that it was rated 3.9 stars but still wanted to give it a try, first time ever going to this one, & it was my birthday & it was just a terrible experience. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy & we had to wait “15-20” for a table with multiple tables open. I got the steak and ribs, my steak had to be sent back because it was med rare and I asked for medium, still came back too rare but I wasn’t going to send it back again. The ribs were not cooked well, I left 4 out of 6 ribs in my plate. And the shrimp in my fiancés pasta was not cooked all the way. It took 20 minutes for him to get his second beer and by then we were almost done with dinner. Overall just not a good experience and I should have went with my gut after reading reviews. Will not be back.

This is the second time in a month this location was out of prime rib all together. I'm sorry but this shouldn't happen between 6 and 700 pm. This tells me that they are skimping on product. When you do that, it's going to cost you customers. The Daytona Beach location, for example, never has run out of prime rib no matter what time or day we go. This is the last time I go to this location.

I ordered food to pick up, it said it was ready at 5:14 PM, I was waiting more than 30 minutes for the time it was supposed to be ready. It's terrible to be waiting and more when it's your break time from WORK they have to move their legs!

I did a take out order Tuesdays of this week and we ordered two burgers and at the bottom of the website it ask you to list you allergies and i put gluten and i thought that would mean gluten free bun or no bun but no it came with a bun and after i ate it i felt off and i found out by a google search that they dont have gluten free buns. I feel like that should be listed at the bottom of the website where it ask you about allergies or the person bringing out the togo order should have told us they did not have gluten free buns, thankfully im not deadly allergic but that could have really hurt someone else with a more extreme allergy, and i am aware that i should have wrote this when it happened but i did not know it was not a gluten free bun until tonight when i asked at another location ans they said they dont have them.

Qs a widow I tend to do take-out far more often than going into a restaurant for a meal. I LOVE Outback for take-out because it is easy, quick and the food is just as good as it is sitting in the restaurant. I don't always order the same menu item so I've had MANY of the offerings and have NOT been disappointed!
