Crumbl offers quality and freshness with always new and innovative cookies and little cakes. The staff is very friendly, and the cookies are delicious, though some are a bit sweet and definitely gotta have milk. The ever changing flavors makes it that much better. One customer called the store for a cookie cutter, which works perfectly. Another tried 3 of the mini desserts - they were all excellent, with an employee helping right away with the kiosk, providing very good customer service. However, some find the almost $9 delivery fee through the app way ridiculous. A first-time visitor ordered 2 large chocolate chip cookies and 2 large chocolate peanut butter chip cookies, but did not think it was worth the money or the taste. Others say these things are to die for, the best ever tasted, and definitely worth the price.
