That is not fish. That is a $9.00 three piece chicken finger and a 2.39 biscuit. It was close to ten pm. There was no service. You order from a computer menu. There was only 2 people working at Popeyes. There is no atmosphere- it's a truck stop. But I expected good food, value for my money, and some fabulous beans and rice. Two biscuits, 2 sides of beans and rice, a three piece of crispy shoes leather, three pieces of dark meat and two pies for over $35.00. As you can see, there was not a quarter inch of meat in the tenders. The beans and rice did not look like the ones on this picture. If there had been service I might have been able to pay less. We don't want a soda with a meal, so our only choice on the computer board was ala-cart. We took the food to go. Buyer, check your order before you go, or save yourself the trouble and go to any of the other truck stops right there. New slogan #passonPopeyes

Was standing in line trying to order food. Had my 5 year old son with me and he was checking out looking through the mobile window and the lazy eye worker comes back up from grabbing a drink and is shaking his head at my son like there is an issue. I won’t come back to this location because this also isn’t the first time I’m leaving here without food because disrespectful workers. My son didn’t do anything at all idk if he’s racist or what but he can keep his head shaking and dirty looks back there away from paying customers.

Wow... Popeyes is not what it used to be. We got a 8pc chicken only to go with our sides at home. As soon as I took a bite, I could tell that the cook did not prewash, flour, or cook the chicken properly. What a waste of $23 dollars. 😡

I paid $18.71 and I got 5 unbreaded fried chicken tenders, and 2 hard classic chicken tenders. The service was exceptional, but the food for the price was a rip off... My dog wouldn't even eat the tenders.

Food was made quickly and correct. Food tasted decent as expected fast food place. Staff was friendly. Dinning room looked fine and clean.
When I first walked in, I was ignored for 10 minutes. I eventually spoke up and asked was someone going take my order. I ordered the fish sandwich & first one was burnt, both the fish and the buns. So I came and told the manger KELLY and I was given another sandwich within 30 seconds. Which I think they just changed it the buns and it was still burnt and had extra extra tartar sauce. I Politely asked her can I just get a refund and she said she can’t do that which is very Unprofessional! I do not recommend this Popeyes

I ordered on the app, once I arrived they told me they were closed while at least 3 people were working and it was 30 minutes past opening time. When I asked what I'm supposed to do because I ordered on the app they said just cancel it but it had already been marked as completed and the app said it was unable to cancel due to the order being completed. When I told them that I was informed that that isn't their problem and I needed to figure it out! Apparently Popeyes does not have a person that you can talk to only an ai chat that takes you in endless circles telling me that I cannot receive a refund for that order. Even their customer service number text you a link to the same chat and will not connect to a real person...Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Went in here tonight had four different guys walked by me from both restaurants and told me to wait a minute. Waited about 15 minutes then finally said something to somebody. The guys were busy in the back eating where I could see them instead of Customer service and it’s pretty sad that this cost $19.03 piece chicken dinner $19. The owner of this franchise should have it taken from him.

These are the smallest bone in wings you'll find at any fast food place. In comparison showed the average wing from publics for size reference, $10? Yeah not worth it and very sad
