I order lunch here on Wednesday. I have had food poisoning since I finished my wrap and smoothie. Puking and crapping my brains out for 3 days now!! I will never get anything from any Tropical Smoothie ever again!

I love the Jetty Punch and add honey to it. And WOW it’s so good and healthy. The workers are so friendly and very attentive. The restaurant is very clean. I enjoyed my visit and been back every day to get my Jetty Punch fix. Thank you for the great hospitality.

My smoothie was pure water, it was so over blended that it was the consistency of water. It tasted terrible. I’ve had so many problems from this location. Very disappointing and a waste of my time.

Worst location ever! Nobody knows how to do their job, make the food, or fix their mistakes. Ordered a simple Caribbean jerk wrap for lunch and had to go bad 3 times to get it fixed. Brought the food back and explained the issue and the people in the back literally rewrapped the food and gave it back. The vegetables were gross and slimy after sitting for 5 hours in my car. Brought that wrap back and explained to the manager again what happened and the Manager there acts like it’s a joke and offered me a bag of chips as an apology. Considering they get paid $12.50 an hour plus tips, they would not make simple mistakes like this.

I had a great initial experience here last week and was looking forward to my second visit today but instead of great food I got a mouthful taste of weedkiller and no food. Apparently the owner sent his DM to do all the weeding and spray weedkiller while customers are going in and out of the store and on the patio. Are you not aware of the well advertised health hazards of weed killers? Why expose your manager, staff and customers to this killer? Inhaling that has sickened me to the point I can't eat or think all because of the owner's bad call. If you want that cleaned up, do it after hours so you don't cross paths with hungry customers wanting to support your business. Really stupid decision by owner who obviously knows nothing about environmental health and puts customers and staff at risk.

I always order from this location and run into similar issues, we placed a large order for office lunch, they forgot to give the doordash driver a second bag that had all smoothies.When I called they were rude and they said was "well, the bag is here if you still want it", we had to drive down there and have it remade, they were still rude in the process and took over 20 min, offered no apology or attempt to reconcile the situation
Very good and healthy options.Inside was too noisy because of smoothies being made.We ended up eating outdoors.

I have not been impressed with this location. I ordered the veggie hummus wrap and everything in it was wilted and soggy. I’ve ordered the same wrap before from this location and I don’t remember the wrap being grilled last time, but I could be wrong. The kale and apple slaw was also missing from my bag. The quality of food and service is definitely better at the CR 466 location.
