I ordered a spinach drink can't remember the exact name of it, but it was green. I got deathly ill... Not sure if it was because it wasn't washed before they mixed it into a drink or what happened but I was very very sick probably will never go back

Worst location ever! Skip it if you can. Unfortunately for me, this is the closest TSC locationā¦I have had many bad experiences with this location but the last time was the LAST! The portions are always different, I call to complain a lot because they mess up often. We have gotten the wrong sandwich many timesā¦ The customer service is horrible, the managers are so rude. Iām really hoping cooperate does something about them because their arrogance. When they messed up our order they had the audacity to say they called corporate about us. Oh yeah? Well I hope you told them how incompetent every manager is. They all lie about being manager too so you never know if problem is going to be resolved. I want a full refund and they refuse. Do not shop here. Prices are high for LOW quality food and non existent service.

Katelyn is an amazing front of house greeter and customer service rep for this location so many times Iāve asked for carrots added to my island green smoothie and have been denied she was happy to make my dream smoothie come true the team working with her were so full of smiles and working together it was such a nice experience thank you Katelyn we will be back <3

the smoothies are good, I do wish they had a few more options, or that the add ins didn't cost $1 each. which brings me to my next point, price. prices are ok if you want to pay for a smoothie with money instead of time (by virtue of making it at home) or if like me, you only get it occasionally. a smoothie with no add ins cost around $6-$8 (and the machine asks for a tip) and a big bag of frozen fruit is $6-$7 at a grocery store. the food portions are more like a snack, or brunch as opposed to a meal. my main issue is the music is WAY too loud! you can hardly hear the cashier, and forget about it if a blender is running. this makes it difficult to order. I wish the smoothies didn't come standard with sugar, I want to taste fruit not sugar, but that is easily removed when you order. all in all, 3/5 stars

The smoothies arenāt that good to begin with planet smoothie or smoothie king have better ones but the fact that they ask for a tip on their card machine after overpaying for something that isnāt worth it is insane xD
Let me start by saying we are fans of TS and havenāt even been deterred with the rising prices. That changed today when my husbandās wrap priced at $7.39 with a combo meal was so SMALL! Not even enough to satisfy a toddler. So for $13 he left the restaurant a little hungry. He was so disappointed that he now refuses to return to any Tropical Smoothie.

11/14 around 5:35 pm., I went in and ordered my usual chicken Pesto Flatbread. Had to wait a bit. After I left the site I pulled my food out and was quite disappointed with my sandwich. It only had half the usual amount of chicken on it, two small bits of lettuce, half of a tomato and no pesto at all. I went back and simply expressed my disappointment appointment and they took it back to fix it. When the young man brought it back he handed it to me and never offered an apology. Not everyone is ment to be in a customer service position.

I order lunch here on Wednesday. I have had food poisoning since I finished my wrap and smoothie. Puking and crapping my brains out for 3 days now!! I will never get anything from any Tropical Smoothie ever again!
